Wow! Viva Ford Collison got my vehicle in and out. They were a pleasure to work with.

My RV had a recall. I called to make an appointment and they got me right in. They actually found a second recall and offered to do that on Cell. They're doing it all for free of course and also sending me home in a Lyft. Great responsiveness from the service department.

I had another great experience at Viva today. The Bronco I ordered came in and I needed an additional part. Chris in sales made sure it got ordered and Rico had it installed in under 30 minutes when I was expecting it in a half a day. They are always friendly and helpful. I never thought I'd do business with them but now I wouldn't buy a vehicle from anyone else.

Worst dealership I have ever been to. Salesperson Chris was ok but the finance manager and sales manager were shady and added all kinds of crap to my contract. $8000.00 of my $16000.00down payment was used for add-ons to line their pockets. In my opinion This is the shadiest car dealership in the city. If you go here read the fine print and listen closely to the slick words they are using going over the contracts. If I could give negative stars I would.

I am in the market for a new Bronco. They told me they had what I wanted and would offer a reasonable price but I had to be at the dealership. I arrived on Monday May 29th and the vehicle was not available. They state it is somewhere else and I must make a deal to see it. I offered a price and they then told me they do not deal and I must pay the asking price. They lied to me. I purchase several new cars per year. I will not purchased from them and I will not even look at there inventory. Avoid this place.

I ha e had some body repair work done as well as some minor interior repairs fixed. The body shop is very responsive and has done an excellent job. Even though I don't like to get the damages, this shop makes it enjoyable to get the work done. I recommend checking out this place if you need any repair work done on your car. The ship is a little hard to find, but if you need to come in off the side road by Lowes. Then, as you enter, it should be the last shop on your left as you drive in.

I'll keep it short. I'm active duty army. It's very hard to get them to let me leave in the morning. But I got my work too. Because someone over the phone promised me to run a diagnostics. Just come in the next day at 7-8 am. I came here. Just to be told I don't know who you spoke too but we are 3-4 days out. Just to have the car looked at... sooo, you lied.... If y'all are okay with people lying to you. Don't worry about this review.

I am pleasantly surprised to leave such a positive review after having such poor service last year. I had to take my Expedition in for a recall and a pump issue. Jesus De La Cruz has provided me with outstanding service. This service did require ordering parts, but he delivered by calling me with updates and having my car serviced by the time he designated, and he did it in a friendly manner. One person has made all of the difference in my returning to the service department as well as considering my next vehicle purchase from this dealership. He went a step further and made sure I was given a quote by the Body Shop to submit to my attorney on the very same visit! I am impressed and very appreciative of the customer care and service provided.

Watch the sale tactics at this place, you've been warned!! Tried buying a used f250 and negotiations were going good, then we went idle for about 2 hours. I kept asking the sales representative what was the issue. He said they were still pending approval (I was already approved by another dealership for 18k more than what this one was worth, so it shouldn't have been an issue). Then I see the truck that we were dealing on the board with a different last name, when I asked they said that they had been dealing the truck with the other party but that I came first, and that if I wanted it that it was was mine, yet the other party's name was on the board. All this time they were playing both of us to see which deal made more sense for them. We ended up leaving and not continue playing their game, what bothered me the most is that we were stuck there all day "supposedly waiting for approval". Please, please stay away from this place. Their not honest.

Can't believe Ford Dealership wanted to rip me off this bad $69,333 for a Mach-E no thanks. Nice car but didn't even bother trying to see how low they could go. I walked out and scheduled a test drive for the Model Y. 3 days later I test drove the Y and ordered my Y the same day directly from Tesla. I didn't have to worry about them ripping me off as it's a standard price, same price in TX, AZ, FL, CA. I'm so glad Ford Dealership turned me away. Dealerships are a rip off. May 31,2021

I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my Ford in for a blower motor issue. After paying $150 for a diagnostic fee, I was quoted $850 dollars for repair. A quick Google search shows that the blower motor for my vehicle costs around $50. Since I'm not a mechanic, I decided to call several reputable auto shops in the area. I was quoted around $200 for parts and labor. This Ford dealership suggested the labor would take 2.5 hours. However, all of the other auto shops in the area stated it would be around half an hour of work. This dealership also stated I needed a coolant exchange and an air filter replacement- both of which were done three months ago. Last time I checked, air filters in cars need changed about once a year (depending on mileage). This dealership is an absolute scam and I am disgusted by the service here. Out of all the places to bring my car, I thought that the Ford repair center would be better equipped to service my FORD. Save your money and take your vehicle elsewhere.

Two years ago my husband reserved a new Ford Bronco directly with Ford. We were assigned the nearest Ford Dealership to our house, Viva Ford. A few months ago my husband went in to chose the final features for the Bronco and they gave him a print out of the price which matched what he had reserved a few years ago. This Saturday they called him to tell him it was in and then gave him the new price which was $10,000 higher. It was described as dealer markup. When we spoke to the GM he stated that they used to have 400 cars and now only have 22 so they have to charge the mark up. I don't understand how that justifies that increase. This should have been disclosed a few months ago. An article on the internet stated that dealerships should be charging $500 but some are taking advantage of consumers.
