My RV had a recall. I called to make an appointment and they got me right in. They actually found a second recall and offered to do that on Cell. They're doing it all for free of course and also sending me home in a Lyft. Great responsiveness from the service department.

Took in my vehicle for minor repairs. WORSE customer service EVER from Sergio. The place never answers calls, never returns calls. Very unresponsive They somehow lost or missed placed the key for my lug nuts, also lost a lug nut. Sergio just gives me excuses on the lost items. Will not repair the missing items. ????????????

Told now 7-10 days (5 days to diagnose issue-wasnt told such when made appt). Issue is blind side indicator intermittent, advisor taking care in said " turn signals, right?". Oh Lord now I know why I stopped coming here.

It took 4 1/2 months to replace my hood, bumper, side panel by passenger door. It’s impossible to reach them by email and by phone. Lots of excuses and runarounds . Also replaced my ac compressor and it does not cool like the original one. The bolt on my passenger door pops and sounds like the door may break off eventually. They also replaced my cabin light which lasted about a month before burning out. I have been unsuccessful in contacting them to make it right. Go elsewhere if you’re looking for quality service from a responsive business . I only went with because they were on the list of bodyshops from USAA. I’ve also complained to Usaa about them because they don’t appear to be able to handle the amount of work they receive in a timely manner with quality results.Services: Painting

Took my Rav4 after a minor crash, they said it will be about 3 months, so I found a different shop, JV Auto Collision, that could do it in 1 month. I asked my insurance, Progressive, if I can still change shops, they said yes, they even spoke with the manager at Viva who said they would release it and not charge us for holding the vehicle in their shop for a few days. The next day I called to pick up the Rav4 and the manager was rude, arguing, didn’t want to release the vehicle, and finally when he realized I wasn’t going to do business with Viva he charged us $350 just for having the Rav4 parked there a few days.

I had another great experience at Viva today. The Bronco I ordered came in and I needed an additional part. Chris in sales made sure it got ordered and Rico had it installed in under 30 minutes when I was expecting it in a half a day. They are always friendly and helpful. I never thought I'd do business with them but now I wouldn't buy a vehicle from anyone else.

Worst dealership I have ever been to. Salesperson Chris was ok but the finance manager and sales manager were shady and added all kinds of crap to my contract. $8000.00 of my $16000.00down payment was used for add-ons to line their pockets. In my opinion This is the shadiest car dealership in the city. If you go here read the fine print and listen closely to the slick words they are using going over the contracts. If I could give negative stars I would.
