Very bad service.
They called me in at 7:00 am and they saw me until 7:48. That was a long time doing nothing, they only made me waste an hour of my time. The man who was in the parts department looked at me very ugly because he saw my annoyance at the delay. The bathrooms were very dirty, they had excrement in the part where you sit. Miss Carolina only made a bad face when she asked if the car's battery wouldn't be discharged by having the door open for almost an hour. When he brought me the bill, he treated me very rudely.
I think that since I already bought from them, they no longer care about the treatment they gave me.
When I went to buy the car they offered water, sodas and they were waiting for the deal.
What a shame they lost a customer just because of their bad service.

My brother took his 2019 trail boss two months they couldn't figure out and engine problem so we decided to take it out from there service dept we took it to out mechanic and he found the problem in less than an hour
They have the worst service and not to mention technicians that dnt know what the heck they doing

Although they took very long with my vehicle for parts that were on back order, 3 months, the exceptional quality of care more than compensated for it. The diagnostic from Mr. Almanza the service advisor, said the pinion gear had an internal damage. Meaning part of the bearing had shred into pieces, causing many damages inside the differential. Causing the differential to make winning noise and contaminating the oil and damaging more gears inside The service department showed friendliness, expertise, and also Mr. Almanza and the GM warranty ensured my comfort throughout the entire visit. Im glad I got the extended car warranty because they covered the whole service and was given a nice loaner. It was a Silverado 2024 RST. I was given the chance of taking a 2024 Silverado ZR2.
