I had a cell sent there for my mom to pick up. Customer service was not good, and they were trying to charge an activation fee. When I had previously paid. When I showed proof, they changed it to a transfer fee (contacts, apps, etc.) . I've never had to pay for that with any cell phone.

Wouldn't recommend this service location. Reps will lie to you to get your business and 611 (customer service) will not deal with it. Had to cancel my service after 6 days of service to avoid been stuck with them. Make sure you get a receipt and what ever they offer you, should be included via receipt, email or text.
