Great Experience !!!!!!!
Excellent store, excellent service.
I came in to do an upgrade, & an exchange. As soon as you walk in the door they are pretty much greeting you - hospitable atmosphere. (I kinda already just know it's best to go to phone places early before it gets crowded.) I dealt with Robert. Super service......He brought to my attention where i was eligible to receive a discount !
He was able to get me iN-N-Out of there within 20 minutes with my new phone upgrade!!
I am so, so happy. I actually saved money / everything worked out perfect. This is my best Verizon experience so far of the 5 years I've been a customer.

I've always had a great experience coming to this location. I started coming here originally because it was next to my work. Now, I go out of my way to continue coming to this location. Today, I received exceptional service from Mario V. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the information, but he was very friendly as well. Thank you for all your help.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! Older gentleman was very rude from the moment I walked in the door. They sent me the wrong phones and then wanted me to pay for the phone I was promised and restocking fees for their error. Of course I was upset and when I called him out for his rudeness he practically threw the phones back at me and said he wouldn’t help me. VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! Cancelled everything with them WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Christian the “store manager” was very rude to my mother we were trying to get her a phone would call us to pay would even allow her to use the WiFi to FaceTime me to pay. Don’t go to this store.

Verizon has gone down the toilet. They used to have amazing customer service. Now, it’s automated phone calls and some foreigners you can barely understand. They were always the top in cost, but their service made up for it. Now, they are being dishonest about your service. They are charging people to be on a “5G” network. However, you may not even be receiving 5G service. Either because they don’t have appropriate tower coverage, or because your device doesn’t support it. Either way, they’re charging you the “5G” price for what is truly LTE data speeds. Most consumers don’t know the difference. Truth is, most of the smaller areas don’t even have enough 5G towers to cover the entire city. Yet, they are still the most expensive and no better service than anyone else. I caution everyone against being a Verizon customer, they don’t value your money.

Where do I start . The most inexperienced agent happened to come out and "help" us. I'm going to explain everything she did wrong, she: - disconnected my wife's phone line somehow and my wife's phone didn't work after leaving the store - gave us a Apple watch series 9 for free(was not suppose to do that) and removed the line associated with it for no reason. - offered home internet without any knowledge of it. Received the device at home with no way to connect it. - put us on a new plan she had no way of explaining. In the end, called Verizon support and found out she basically gave out two Verizon products for free without any way of connecting them. She completely messed up our entire account. She made promises that weren't valid. She lied and her knowledge for what she's selling was as poor as her customer service. Save yourselves this headache and go online or call. This store has some of the worse reps. Possible.
