Celeste was awesome; I loved her and her energy. I went in with a sticky situation but she went above and beyond to help me out. I also went in during my lunch hour from work, so I was in a little bit of a hurry but she still did the best and helped me out in a timely manner, a hero honestly! LOL she was so funny, nice and understanding. I will definitely go back and look for her if I ever need help with anything else. 10/10 experience, thankful for her and the rest of her team!!

Bobby was very thorough and accommodating. He even went to two other stores for the exact phones we wanted so we did not have to order them and wait. Helped us transfer data and set them up ensuring we had no questions before we left the store.

Employees make Verizon’s customer feel unwelcome. They never want to help with anything unless you are buying something, they always turn us away to the corporate store down the street if we have tech issues with our phone or any billing questions. For this reason I take all my business and referrals to the corporate store instead.
