Fast service. Ruben help us with our phone issue in less than 20 minutes. Fastest service so far in any store that I've been in El Paso. First time in this store and will be back for any service.

Mrs Lucy, was really help when I came in to solve my phone which had problem of incoming calls but I couldn't receive them for one reason or another. Her knowledge on this field really changed my situation to the best. I left the store with my issue resolved. I do appreciate you for your support and dedication. Thanks again.

Ruben was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. My reason for coming into the store was resolved. I recommend that the store employees be empowered to conduct transaction such as cancelling a line. This would eliminate tying both the customer and the local agent up for the hour we waited for customer service.

The salesman, Victor, promised that my monthly bill for 4 phone lines would be $140. I have gone into the store at least 3 times to resolve the issue. Each time I am reassured that it is resolved or will be resolved but it’s not. My latest bill is $270 - a far cry from $140.
