Arturo was beyond helpful and resourceful today! I went in to the store frustrated with my phone, but he was patient and helped me work through the problem I was having. He was so detailed and explained everything I needed to know after deciding to upgrade my phone. He was knowledgeable and very kind! He made this experience so positive and easy! Just wanted to thank the guy working here for refusing to give me my free upgrade or replacement phone. I switched to AT&T because all the Verizon store in EP won’t follow company policy because they won’t get commission! Been with the company for too many years, Verizon can thank yah for loosing a loyal customer with 5 lines

Such a refreshing change from the smaller store in my other hometown of Raton New Mexico. Arturo helped me and got me hooked up and going on my brother's phone. My brother has Alzheimer's and loses his phone frequently and Arturo was able to help me out. He was knowledgeable and able to tell me of other services like insurance that I didn't even know about. It was a very very good experience
