The apartments are beautiful, and the maintenance is very good. I lived there for a year, when I was going to renew, I was not told about a rent increase until the last minute. The person at the office told me that I had until a date to decide if I would leave or stay. When I returned to cancel, I was told that I had I have to pay another full month even though my contract has expired. Nothing professional, they say everything at their convenience and do not inform you well from the beginning.

Lived here for a year, I do love the location and maintenance is very friendly and helpful. Neighbors are kind as well.
The front office lady on the other hand is very unprofessional, she gave our lease notice, on a Friday 1 day!!!! Before our lease end date. The following Monday when we went to talk to her, she said “ we should’ve known”
I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure it is her job responsibility keep up with current and future residents.
When we told her we were not going to renew our contract she informed us were going to be charged another month + a fee.
All due to her negligence.
Very annoyed and disappointed, since my last experience with another Tropicana property was extremely positive.

I lived here several years and when Abel was there service was on point. Maintenance was timely and always delivered. The staff was friendly and professional and very easy to work with. I enjoyed my time living at this complex very much, although the floor plan is awkward since the kitchen space is so small but I made it work. The only bad thing I can say is I never got my deposit back and the apartment was returned in tact.

Amazing apartments. The staff is fantastic. I love the area too, it's very peaceful. The thing that drew me here were the washers and dryers in every unit. I do not regret selecting this apartment. Whenever you make a maintenance request, maintenance comes very promptly to answer. The property is only approximately nine years old so it still feels newer than most apartments I've seen. I enjoy that there isn't a second floor so I don't get trapped beneath an inconsiderate upstairs neighbor. Any property owned by Tropicana would be the best choice I feel as far as renting goes. I look forward to purchasing a Tropicana home when I'm financially prepared.

Very lovely community. Nice apartments. I like that all the homes are ground level, so you don't have to worry about getting stuck with an inconsiderate upstairs neighbor. Washer and dryer provided is a huge plus. Plenty of parking spaces available too. These buildings were constructed approximately 2013 and you can tell because everything seems new. The community center is awesome too, I provided a video of it.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!My sister lived at this horrible property for a year. Throughout this time she experienced several problems with her apartment, including mold growing in the restroom, piece of the restroom wall falling off, dryer not working. She submitted several work orders and no one came out to fix it. The properties excuse was that they have had SEVERAL property managers and the ball was dropped somewhere between the different property management. With this being said it was obvious that she would need to.move out once the contract was up in Feb 2023. The apartment was left immaculate and ready for the next unfortunate tenant. It has now been 3 months and she has yet to receive her depoist 3 months later. My sister is very easy going and people tend to take advantage of that just as this Loma Verde property has. I called with her on the line for a follow up and the women working refused to provide a number for management, she simply said " my boss doesn't deal with these things". She went on to say "I'll see if they can get you a check in the office by friday" I emphasize the "I'll see" and" willing to" of her comment. My sister is now waiting for a call back, which I can almost guarantee she won't get.

I have lived here for over so many years and I never had a problem with getting notice when my lease was up. Well this year they really dropped the ball. I was notified when when my lease expired in September but notified in October 23. So two days of notice is not sufficient for someone that works a 7am to -6 pm schedule every day except Sunday. Especially when their office hours are till 5 pm.The employee Daniela Morales said she would wait till 5:30 and I called her to ask a few questions if I wasn’t renewing my lease, however I never told her I wasn’t going to come in and sign. She jumped to conclusions and said if I wasn’t coming in I only had tomorrow to come in during office hours. She was very rude. She really needs to be addressed on how she speaks to customers she really needs some customer service skills. Never since I have been here has anyone ever been that rude. As well as I have also got notice to renew lease with a good amount of time in the past. I’m sorry but we do work to pay our lease so they should be more professional about giving enough time. This left a really bad impression that when I do purchase a home it will not be with Tropicana homes if that’s how business is ran. Burger King takes care of their customers better than this establishment. If there was an option wouldn’t put any stars.

????????????I went on the second of Feb. And they took my deposit application fees I did everything they asked for, I paid 50 extra dlls for a letter they asked. To later tell me that the people that was living in the unit decided not to leave no more, after they had sign a 30 day notice letter to leave. I was suppose to get that unit by March. Don't pre lease Don't make people spend money and waste time without a unit on hand. I asked for corporates phone number and Alisson who's in front couldn't provide it, I went to the office cause she never returned my call. The older man in charge told me he couldn't refund me the whole amount I was requesting because it was part of the application. An application they shouldn't submitted without the property being free. I'm very upset with this people. I wasted my time, I hope they give me all my money back o.nMonday.

I love the staff at Verde Palms! I have Never had any issues and if I do I have Maintenance knocking at my door within 20 minutes. Monica is amazing she’s always willing to lend a helping hand! I’ve locked myself out of my apartment and she’s the first to run back to the office with no hesitation. My son even goes to talk to her about his little life experiences❤️ Thank you Monica on all your help!

Honestly, i never give 5 stars. I am a very picky person when it comes to giving reviews, but i just had to give it 5 stars for the amazing customer service Monica gave me. She answered every question i had and made me smile! She was very professional and so kind! If Monica is the face of Verde Palms thats where i want to live! Looking around other apartments was very frustrating and annoying, until Monica answered the phone. Thank you so much Monica! Made my day!

Went on Friday 1/21/22 in the morning Isabel was so nice and friendly answered all my questions unfortunately there is a waitlist on here but I am hoping I can get into this place by this year even if I have to wait no worries but definitely the customer service after all the apartments I’ve gone to they were the nicest would definitely recommend to go and check it out
