jared was really helpful finding the idea vape and vape juice for a 6 yr old cig smoker and had a smooth transition so far a wk free of cigarette highly recommended to shop here and will continue doing bussiness here.

The best vape shop in town guaranteed. They mix your liquid ON THE SPOT. You can't get fresher than that. They have a variety of flavors and many products to choose from. Military discount and rewards system based on points per purchase. We spend enough to get just about $5 off every visit. They also have a new section with beautiful crystals at decent prices. If you need help setting up a new vape they will help you do it. I've been a long time customer, over 4 years, highly recommend.

Was thrilled to find this amazing vape shop quickly after moving to El Paso a few weeks ago. They're knowledgeable, kind, helpful and even with it being my first time to there store they found and made my perfect juice. Ever since they hired that new white girl with GLASSES in the Northeast the vibes are horrible in there. It makes me NOT want to go back in there. She’s very arrogant very rude has no good communication skills and may come as RACIST bring back the old school guys they were amazing

Awesome service.great prices. Knowledgeable staff. I am very dissapointed to rake away a star. Today i stopped by and waited for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted.. i drive about 45 min to get there. I just left without stocking up. I was used to a friendlier enviroment.Gave you guys another shot today. Awesome.05mar2021 been on hold for more than 10 minutes today so sad.walked in complained . I apologize the response was great . The cashier made a comment that amazed me. He remembered a detail about a previous visit . Attention to detail.5 stars forever. No more complains from me.

Where to start, lace is nicely setup I will give them that. Mod selection is barebones with just some kits and some stand alone mode and atomizers, no real selection. Purchased an Aegis by geek vape to replace my Grimm kit I can’t get coils for due to the vape mail ban. Got a free 30ml of juice which I though was a great deal. Also purchased 2 more 30ml at a crazy price for their house juice. 30ml for 15, un-steeped, mixed to order juice. I mentioned this and they said because of their flavoring it doesn’t need to steep. That was a lie. All three bottles are super muted in flavor as I expected. That along with the sheer price for their juice is enough for 1 star, 120ml for 45 dollars is highway robbery, when I know to make a 30mlBottle Of juice costs less than 1 dollar, I wouldNot recommend. I understand making money but that is crazy.

This place is constantly changing it's "policy". I spent 15 minutes while they helped a different customer talking away. I asked for my juice, get id'd, lady before didn't get checked. As usual their wall is empty but "keep checking". Haven't had my coils in a year, why am I gonna keep checking. I got them from wish quicker then you get your supply. I'll be going elsewhere.
