Terrible customer service!
TOTALLY RACIST!
Was with a friend and during our purchase the employee (older gentlemen) he didn't ask my friend for an ID but asked for mine and on top of that kept looking at the ID for over a minute like trying to identify if it was fake.
SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would!

Horrible customer service. I have been a Local guide For a while now.And this is the second establishment I have given a bad review. The first one was Motel 6. And it was because it was infested with d**gs and al***l. And bad people.This rating is because of a lady, a cashier. She has an appalling attitude, and she has been working there for many years; she thinks she is the owner, and the General manager Cosigns her BAD behavior AND ATTITUDE toward customers. I hope the owner can see this.It's Nothing personalBut I don't recommend this Valero.Other than this particular lady, the Valero is great. It's clean, and it has everything that Valero is supposed to have.Jenny is a Great assistant manager.

Rip off prices in their store. False advertising is illegal the last time I checked. Weeks ago I was there and purchased a Red Bull that you have advertised for 3.69 and charged me 3.99 before tax. I disputed this with the cashier and he said he would let management know. Fast forward to today and same problem the the monster energy drinks which you have priced at 3.19. They charged me 3.39 at the register before tax.

Nasty customer service! Especially male working today December 21, 2021 at 8:05pm. Spitting in front of us- the customers, he is cocky, arrogant, unwilling to help. Look at your cameras! Fix this employee, train him well, he is representing Valero!! We've never had issues before until today when dealing with this young man!
