Employee named Ruben older man physical took a cup out my Son‘s hand because the Slurpee machine was not working and kept telling him to get Coke in Spanish when my son did not understand Spanish and kept telling him in his face to get Coke so I told the employee to back up away from my sons personal space and he thought I was over reacting but my son has ADHD and he was Frighten And did not know how to react I personally don’t think an employee should physically take something off of a kid’s hand when he is doing nothing wrong nor be in his physical space or in his face telling him to get coke and assume my son wasn’t scared just because he was quiet. I’m hoping they do something about this I have already put a complaint and hoping to hear back us as parents have to be our children’s voice and this is just unacceptable customer service.

This was the worst experience never going back again. First off I was on foot with my k-9 out in the sun trying to get my dog hydrated. Upon walking in I was attacked by the employees stating dogs were not allowed. Well I understand dogs need proper documentation how was I supposed to make any purchase when I didnt have the vehicle. My dog wasnt bothering anyone and all we were trying to do was get water and go. When the employees first off asked for papers and second denied me the right to make a purchase. And not only that but also told me to hurry up and get out. I will be calling management. I will be letting them know that I will not be harrassed and assumed my dog doesnt have proper documentation to be with me at all times. How ignorance plays a role in people's lives.

Poor customer service. And restrooms have a sign that says out of service when it's not.

The clerks barely speak English and one of them weighing about 400 lbs wanted to sell me a crumpled, torn Powerball ticket with the barcode ripped off. When I declined, he begrudgingly printed one out the the Lotto machine.

This fueling station gives more than just the liquid to run a motor vehicle. Air up tires ($1,quarters only), buy many different convenience items from coffee to sodas to juices to beers to donuts/snacks to leche to ATM to lottery tickets (mine had the winning numbers, the state simply didn't draw them!) to many other items. Whenever I pedal by on my Doublevision, I always loudly pipe twice on my whistle, especially in the am, when super receptionist/manager INES is on duty and expertly running things. After a frustrating night of burning the midnight oil constructing my presentation for the El Paso MPO, I had run out of black permanent marker. You can imagine my surprise when I figured that I had nothing to lose and stopped in while pedaling, and, sure enough, found the black Marksalot that was perfect for my needs. Although I don't usually fuel my motor vehicle up here, you can bet I'll stop in much more frequently when looking an item, odd or not! I know you'll find this an extremely beneficial stop, too, especially if you need fuel or something else you wouldn't think would be available in a C-store.
