USPS their the worst, not to mention their letter carriers based out of this location. They've lost multiple packages of mine. Gave multiple packages of mine to residents, which i never get back. Already put in a complaint about the carrier to USPS but you can see they dont care at all. They wonder why their losing jobs.

The lines are horrible! We come from“shadow lakes” because they can finish putting the mail boxes. ?

I would also rate a 0 if possible. The lines are long. Often have to wait in line for over an hour to get mail.

I would rate it 0/5 if I could. I just moved here, and I need to pick up keys for my mailbox. I left work early to get here at 4:30. A full half an hour before close they were turning people away. My first paycheck and new house keys are sitting in my mailbox. The post office is open, they have the keys, I took off work to be here, and they don’t care and won’t help.

I can never get someone to answer my call to them. by far the worst post office. i wish it was better when i went in person. but it never is.

Waiting for so long to claim a package is a bit illogical. Not to mention that the people who serve you are not very friendly, they speak to you in an unpleasant way, reaching the point of feeling that you are discriminated against and they let the racism flow in a very natural way. What happens to the service given to these people? Maybe they don't earn enough or they aren't happy with the job they have. But whatever they are, people should be treated with respect.

Every package! Every package we get transferred or taken through by this location has lazy, lazy drivers! Like, how hard is it to get off your little truck? Leaving items next to my car or between my and my neighbors' house is not the front door or porch. I have a cement pathway to my front door. That I'd where my packages should be at!

This is the worst post office ever and the ones around in the city. I have been here 3 different times to pick up packages and I had to leave there’s always a long line. They only have one person at the window that is super slow. Keep it professional people and work faster. Now, I need to finally make like and it’s been 40 minutes and barely 6 people have been helped. Post offices here in El Paso suck. They need to be upgraded by the county asap. Hire more people or work faster. People at the window always look tired and not wanting to work. People making line are always complaining. Unfortunately, they/we have to wait for our stuff. UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT! just because I need to pick up my stuff I would never step these places! Come check it out if you don’t believe it.

I kept receiving messages from informed delivery that my package is delivered at mailbox, but nothing in mailbox. Looks like I always have to go to post office to pick up my mails and packages. El Paso needs to do better, I can't e leaving my work to go wait in long lines at the post office just because they suck at their job. What if it was door-to-door delivery like other city/states??

Who has the time to pick up packages there? It’s like the Post Master doesn’t even care. I have never even see more than one person working at the package window. I reached out to USPS and they essentially hung up on me. If packages come in and they don’t deliver, I just let it go back. Who has 3 hours to spare any time they get a package?!

I'm so bored waiting in line to pick up my mail that I have time to post a bad review. Seriously, they (USPS) needs to stream line their processes.
I'm not even a negative review poster, I'm just that bored waiting in line for an hour now.
