I was at this post office yesterday at 4:00pm. An employee by the name of Ben has horrible customer service and was unwilling to help me. He was not wearing a name tag.

No people skills at all, cashiers are a joke, dirty place, no knowledge on anything. Lack of leadership.

2 apartment main mailbox doors at 1600 N Resler Drive were left wide open including package lock boxes. At least 25 people could have had their mail stolen because of pure incompetency.
This happened on Friday, July 19th 2024.
