Ms. Denise was so helpful and helped with my crazy return that no longer fit in my package. She helped me fold it and put it together. She didn’t have to and yet she did. I appreciate her patience and kind demeanor.

I honestly don’t get why their reviews are low. I’ve had all the ladies there help me different times because I’m always going to this one. I’ve had issues with things that are out of their control but they still go above and beyond to give me all the info and help me resolve the issue I’m having & they also don’t make me feel I’m a bother. Great UPS store !

Overall I have to say it’s a good store, clean and closest to me. However, last time I went in it took forever for an employee to attend me (Nayeli was her name tag) When she did she was annoyed and rude and made me feel very unwelcomed. Maybe she was having a bad day who knows…. Customer service is always a plus for me. Luckily I only have to use this stire once a month.

I rarely leave reviews, but I’ve been consistently impressed by the service at this UPS Store, especially thanks to Alexa. She’s incredibly attentive, professional, and always seems to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing and cares about providing great service. Interactions with her are always smooth and efficient, which I really appreciate when I’m in a rush.
This location is lucky to have someone like Alexa. Highly recommend stopping by if you need reliable and courteous service!
