Well, I was disappointed at this place. Came to return an Amazon return and I feel like they are not helpful at all. They charged me $3.50 to print the label and wanted to charge me $8.00 for a box to ship back. ?♀️. I guess this is why they have a 3.5 star review. They don’t really care about the customer.

UPS employees are customer friendly and helpful. They do their job quickly so customers are not standing, waiting in line.

I’ve been coming here for about six months and they have always been courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. When I’ve had technical problems getting shipping labels sent to be printed they patiently solved it.

Very rude People that run this store Extremely. They don't have any knowledge and once they know something they treat you like you're stupid and talk down to you .they forget where they get there ckeck from the customer that pay without us your door would be closed oh well bad customer service last time I go there ...don't to reply just talk to your employees about customer service Usually employees act the reflection of the owners of the business
