Employee 309111 was excellent. He was very courteous, nice, efficient and enjoyed his beautiful personality. Every time I go into this store, which is terminal store POSO2718. I am always pleased and happy with their service. Management, keep up the good work.

Today, I went to UPS just before closing... and the lady who helped me was super nice. Few employees are that friendly, and she was very polite, answered my questions and assisted me with the packages.

I am frustrated by the price increase. I feel the management is taking advantage of increasing prices. Knowing different shipping franchises don’t charge this high. I will no longer visit this location

They always greet you with a smile and are very pleasant. They get the job done in a timely manner.

Although the staff. Is very friendly their prices are ridiculous when it comes to mailing out your stuff. For something small that needs a box, the cost can average out to 20 to 30 dollars and that's just for the box; you'll still have to pay for the shipping.

Well, I was disappointed at this place. Came to return an Amazon return and I feel like they are not helpful at all. They charged me $3.50 to print the label and wanted to charge me $8.00 for a box to ship back. ?♀️. I guess this is why they have a 3.5 star review. They don’t really care about the customer.
