  I haven’t had a bad experience there !! I always go there, instead of a post office. They’re fast, efficient, there’s no line a mile out the door, like the post office.

  The customer service was amazing. They were extremely helpful with my Christmas package shipping.
  
  However, one of the packages was delivered to the wrong house and cannot be found. So much for my grandchildren getting their Christmas presents.

  Expensive, expensive. Shipped two small boxes with Christmas gifts and got charged 60.00 and no warranty they would arrive without damage.

  I dropped off a package for usps and it was not scanned or shipped out. Spoke with US Post Office and was told that they have been told of this problem with this particular store. Seems that they “kept” the package. 🤬
