The associates of this UPS Store did a fantastic job when I had to ship 30+ boxes of my belongings when moving from El Paso to NJ over a 4 month period. I would highly recommend their services.

The company I ordered from used the UPS store in Ohio to ship my package to me. The shipping cost was $90 which I thought was outrageous and they would not accept my UPS shipping account for my transaction. The package was delivered as promised. I missed the UPS delivery truck by minutes. They left a “Sorry we missed you” note and said my package would be delivered to, the UPS store on Resler. The very next day, which is today, before noon I went by to pick up my package and was charged an additional $6 for a storage fee. The employees working at the store could not answer why I was charged this fee. Neither the UPS store in Ohio nor this store seems to have any answers to questions. Very disappointed in this company and this service.

Went in for a simple Amazon return and the clerks at the counter were beyond rude. Didn’t even greet. I decided to take my return elsewhere instead. I remember going to this UPS store a year or two before and the clerks were actually nice and polite.

Sometimes you need to have your packages securely stored until you can go get them as opposed to having it sit outside your door.I was expecting $$$ worth of temperature controlled medication and it was 102 degrees in the shade! I had a dentist appointment and could not be home to meet the UPS driver so I had my package routed to the UPS store. It was secured in an air conditioned location until I got there to pick it up.This is so convenient and gives great peace of mind.

What happened to this place?! Used to be well run by courteous young ladies. Now, the rudest young man was at counter. Been twice for same treatment. Will have to find another ups store!

Went in as a first timer dropping off Amazon return packages and was dreading that process. I still appreciate the lady who took care of me, because even though I could see a line was growing behind me she stayed calm focused and swiftly scanned it all for me. Before I knew it, I was done! That’s 100% customer service.
