Alondra K was my cashier tonight, she has a terrible attitude. She was very rude and I left with a bad taste in my mouth because of it. As someone who works in the service industry I can say If she doesn’t enjoy what she’s doing she shouldn’t be working customer service.

The cashier was very rude, had no customer service no smile and had a very ugly attitude. I was having trouble with my credit card not going through and didn't seem to even try and help. Unacceptable.

There was a young pretty lady that had the best attitude and very helpful,she’s not there anymore . The cashier (long black hair no makeup) was just in a bad mood . I asked her questions but was bothered by me asking anything . I smiled and said have a good day , she ignored me and just said next with a “i don’t want to be here face “. Place is also dirty full of trash on the floor .

If i could give negative stars, I would! the cusomter service is terrible, you literaly have to hunt down a clerk for help, and all I had was a simple question. I will not give Ulta anymore of my business, pretty much same prices as Dillards but at least there I dont have to hunt down anyone to help me.
