Horrible place to shop..Almost Every last associate at this place has a staring problem it's extremely wierd and if your going to stare so much ask if we need help. Maybe these associates should be looked at and thats including some managers. You judge-how you live. So many other options and USUALLY if I buy something and had a horrible experience and go home thinking about it ... I don't care if it's an essence mascara I will return it. YOUR NOT DOING ME A FAVOR! A tall pretty Hispanic female with dark hair and pretty brows fixed it at the end... I did not get her name.. she could be a manager and another lady with long lashes was great at showing me nail polishes and looking for a gloss I went in for...the little cashiers upfront and an older manager who was wandering around looking wierd made it a Horrible visit to this store. To many other options and kids at home to have to deal with some of these little girls working at this location .... ? and if I noticed all these behaviors it was pretty obvious.

Went in to buy a mascara and when I got to the checkout, I had to greet “Monique” myself because she never greeted me. I greeted her & told her in a very kind manner that I was only going to purchase the mascara since usually the cashier’s will ask if we’re taking anything else besides what we give them. Anyways, she said in a very rude tone, “THAT’S ALL YOU’RE TAKING!? WHAAAAAT!?” & she proceeded to say “AND YOU’RE TAKING A BAD MASCARA” & I respectfully told her that I like that mascara & that it works for me & she questioned me by saying “Oh well what does it do for you?” & she began to stare at my eyes a lot & was looking at me weirdly. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t see why it’s necessary to make a big deal over me only taking one item & not only discriminating me for that, but for the choice of mascara I had bought. It was so rude & totally unnecessary. It made my check out experience so uncomfortable & awkward. If a manager sees this, please do something about it. It isn’t right what Monique did. She made me feel discriminated against in so many ways.

Unprofessional & rude cashier named Monique who asked my girlfriend “that’s it that’s all you’re taking?” in a very rude & unprofessional way. She then started making comments about the mascara my girlfriend purchased. She made a comment that my girlfriend was taking a bad mascara & that it wasn’t a good mascara in a very rude manner. She started asking my girlfriend why she was taking that mascara & there’s no need for her to be discriminating for taking one item only & for the choice of mascara she selected. Instead of women lifting up other women your employee is putting customers down & making them not want to go back to this store!! This happened at 6:56 PM on July 6, 2024 at this location on Sunland!!! Also she didn’t even greet my girlfriend, my girlfriend had to greet her & let her know that it was all she was taking!!! Don’t go to this Ulta store anymore people!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!

Bad customer service. Girl with red orange hair is very rude makes faces at customers like shes the queen of makeup she doesn’t even assist anyone. Store is out of stock of alot of products. And the cashiers are very pushy selling their credit card. Makes me very uncomfortable. No is no. Rather shop online

Went in to pick up an order girl was helping someone and no one else was in the front. Looked at the perfumes for not even 30 seconds before being told to move my car and not to park in the curbside pickup… I am picking up a curbside maybe you should have more people working the front.

This is specifically for the salon… I went in for a hair cut, gloss, and blowout. I explained that I wanted a full voluminous blowout because I had an event to go to, I even had a picture of what I wanted. Ended up paying 145 to walk out super frizzy with mini ringlet curls on my ends. I looked horrible and had to do my hair all over again. I’m giving one star because my gloss looked good. My cut was ok. Can’t believe I couldn’t get a good blowout… I’ve gotten them at other places before but usually in Juarez

I went there looking for a specific product but the attendant ended up discouraging me from buying it and offered me a supposedly better product at a much higher price. I ended up going to a different store.

**(went back the next day because it ended up the foundation wasn't matte. Highly recommend Olivia. She was so nice, professional, honest, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive product. She also helped find a color correct primer.) Went in for a foundation color match and was not disappointed with my experience. Her first questions were on point; skin type oily or dry, coverage, particular brand, etc. We ended up trying maybe 5 or 6 and each time she made sure to ask how I felt about the foundation; was it too heavy? Too dark? Too light? Coverage I was looking for? If I declined a product she was eager to get the next shade or the next brand, no problem. Each time she would say what she thought about the color (for reference from an outside perspective as well as someone who does this a lot!). She would always ask "what do you think?" and say "it's totally up to you". No pressure. We even did color correct and concealer for my dark circles, she explained why I needed that shade of color correct and even offered a brand of concealer that was on special/sale rather than the most expensive one. When I decided on what products I wanted and didn't she wasn't pushy about me not getting some of them at that time. Because my foundation was expensive but worth it, I did end up going with some elf brand copycat products and brushes for now. But she did remind me to take pics of the ones we used for if/when I decide to get them. The cashier was also very nice and helpful. I'll only be going to this ULTA even though it's not the closest one to me.
