The service is bad, bordering on will not use U-Haul ever again. I’m installing a Hitch and was told to come in at 8, it’s 9 and have not gotten any information other than we are understaffed and cannot help you.They gave me the appointment and they are not able to comply with their schedule, completely unprofessional.(Real time update, other costumers that have been waiting a long time share their opinion “good I hate this place”)

I was able to get my rental quickly and got my furniture moved fast. I've dealt with this location on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the service.

Tabatha is the rudest person on the planet. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life go to Penske call anyone else, I have used U Haul for over 20 years and I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in my life , go anywhere else but U Haul this place is ridiculous.

I am not sure why this location has 3 stars. I have gone to this location 4 times and EVERYTHING has been amazing. The staff here is so super nice and really takes time to help you and go over everything.This is by far the best U-Haul location in El Paso hands down. Customer Service is A++++

My personal experience here, from visiting multiple times for supplies, interacting with many different employees, helping my partner with a van rental, and having just rented a cargo van myself for work, has been solid.All of the employees I've interacted with, a fair seven or so different folks across different dates and times, have all been friendly and professional.I had no problems with the rental itself (9' cargo van), it drove well and was clean. Even had a backup camera, which was very nice!I was allowed to park my personal vehicle in the lot while I used the rental for a couple hours (I called ahead to confirm this was OK).The store is well stocked with boxes and packing supplies - I frequent here for work. They are open early and close late, so they are very accessible - big factor in why I keep returning to this location.Pricing is fine, paid about $40-50 to rent a 9' cargo van for a couple hours and do some moving downtown (including the $10 insurance, which personally I think should just be included as a standard thing...).Lost a star for the following:I had to provide a proof of residency for the rental, which I haven't had to do before elsewhere. I'm sure there are reasons for it, but for the customer, it's just an extra hassle. The computers here were also slow, so the paperwork during pickup took 10 - 15 minutes. Couple minutes of standing around waiting for the computer.Additionally, the cargo van was parked right next to their entrance, so as I was walking around the vehicle to "approve" the damage claim pictures, I had to stand in the road, where cars were entering / leaving the lot. Not particularly safe.This entrance is right off the main road, and also serves as the exit, and it's not very wide, so be careful when you pull in and out.

This place advertises propane tank refills. I have been here on 3 different occasions. Have yet to get a refill on my propane tank.. 1st time I was told they ran out of fuel. 2nd time I was told that they had already turned off the machine. Today I was told that the technician had already gone home it was about 1pm).I’m sure that they are good at other things but they should not be advertising this service.

How is this place still open!?? Absolute worst experience trying to refill propane. Every-time I go to get a propane refill they are coincidently "out of propane". This was the last shot I gave this spot and I encourage everyone else to save their frustration. Looking over the previous reviews for this location, verifies that this place is absolute trash. I will be doing direct tank swaps at home depo or other spots. This place definitely needs a COMPLETE OVER-HAUL!

I would definitely not recommend using this transport service.Employees as well as owner Jorge Damianwere very rude and not helpful.Despite policy stating that you are able to rent a U-Haul with a temporary permit and another form of identification they refuse to provide service. I’d stay away from that place.

horrible when i say horrible!! i was so excited to get to texas and this was my first stop and my only!! wow things in texas are bigger by that i mean egos!!a manager who’s customers didn’t treat him nicely!!thank you for ruining uhaul and texas

I've used the Coronado Uhaul several times recently. Seems like they're having trouble training new staff. I had one rental of a trailer recently where the staff member put on the safety chains on incorrectly. One was way too loose and they weren't crossed correctly. I had to ask them to redo the chains correctly.Had another time I rented and they did something wrong recording the rental because I received three different phone calls to confirm which unit I had been given several hours after I had picked up. The first two times I had to stop and get out and tell them the number. The second time they called I was smart enough to write it down.Then with my most recent rental, and probably last for a while, they initially refused to rent to me because they said my hitchball on my half ton pickup was too low. Their specs require 17" to 25" for hitchball height to middle of the hitchball. Optimal hitch height is at 18.5" according to Uhaul's website. In fact my hitch is at 18"...when they measured from level ground. Their parking lot is not level (oh and watch out for the concrete hump in their garage floor). The kicker was that this was the 7th time in a row I had rented from them and the only time they measured and when they did they got an incorrect measure.And then there are the Uhaul ap quirks. Uhaul's automated ap for recording any dings or dents to their equipment seems to always hit your cell phone right as the time to respond has already expired. Oh and if you have to return their equipment to any facility that will be closed before your reservation window runs out, make sure that you don't leave that return location before finishing the return on the ap. They don't give you any head up, but the ap will use your GPS to confirm you're in the right spot. If you drive off you won't be able to complete the return.

I had an appointment for a hitch install but the hitch did not show up yet. They found one at a different U-Haul and had me come back the next day and installed it. The team there was very good. Thank you!

People are nice and friendly here. Did not have any issues with the staff or the truck. Upon initial inspection everything coincided with the app log. Return was easy and inspected immediately.

All the staff, including the manager, are very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude with customers. Somebody at U-Haul headquarters or the area manager, should visit this location to check with their own eyes what "awful customer service" means. I would give them Cero star!!!
