I took our 5th wheel camper to get the whole brake system replaced and they did an awesome job. It's the best thing to know that these brakes will last a good long time .

Had several issues with my RV. Could not find a shop to take it in without an appointment or it would take weeks for them to even look at it. Hugo and his master mechanics had me in and out in one day. I was back on the road in no time! Oh and could not believehow much money they saved me. Thank you guys so much. ???

Our generator was not working properly and Hugo and his crew were fast and excellent. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. A good sense of humor and upbeat staff. I highly recommend Tri State truck and Trailer Repair. They went out of their way and did extra for us to get us back on the road.

We had an excellent experience with TriState Truck Repair a few days ago. We were going out of town for camping in our travel trailer. My husband saw smoke coming off one of the tires. We pulled off the road and my husband felt it might be the wheel bearings. We made a few phone calls and t referred to TriState. They sent someone out and we could not of asked for a nicer experience. We asked for a quote and they sent it right away to my husbands phone. What we thought was wrong, was not the issue. It ended up costing us $200 less than the quote. Shout out to Maria- who. took all of our information and got the ball rolling, Hugo-who was the one who made sure someone was sent to us and kept in touch with us over the phone and to Jerry, the service guy who sat out in the sun and worked on our trailer. We would highly recommend TriState for any RV issues!Edit-I realized I had mistakenly given you 3 stars instead of 5 stars. Your company definitely deserves 5 stars!!

Great experience with this company. We were on our way out of town with our travel trailer and had an issue with it. We pulled off the road and called TriState. They dispatched someone out to help us. We were back on the road in about 2 hours. Very professional company!!

The service guy Alejandro was the only, honest, professional, and Hugo was very helpful, however, get the quote in writing before hand, not by mouth. Call Hugo first and make sure its the right price. After the work was done, another guy on the phone, gave us a new price and argued with us and said it was 600.00 more. They said it was our mistake that we did not understand the first quote, then tried to charge us 600.00 per side. Now 1200.00 from the original 600.00 agreed on? We would have never excepted that, and called some one else. We were stranded and in need and they were not upfront with us. Get it in writing people, take photos, do not fall to this. Call other pp as well for a quote. OK. We are still grateful for the help, but appreciate honesty next time. Thanks.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACEI took my truck in for a diagnosis about a month ago. Was told $87 initially, in the end they tried charging $270+ FOR JUST A DIAGNOSIS. They were charging $80 for the time, $87 for the device, $20 for the tools used. And some other bogus charges were on there as well. Then the lady who takes payments would just take off so we couldn’t resolve anything. Be careful taking your truck or trailer to this place. We ended up having to call the police on these people!

My girlfriend took her truck here to get fixed a couple months ago. Make sure that your contract has a price on it before you agree, and make sure you get a copy of it... because they will charge you alot extra.Sketchy.

We were stranded on vacation with a broken-down RV and noone willing to work on a Mercedes diesel engine. That is until I got in touch with Hugo at Tri-State. He spent time with me on the phone working through scenarios, and when we got the RV to his shop he dropped everything to get the work done and get us back on the road and our vacation back on track. Super nice people, best experience.

This has to be one of the best truck shops I have ever visited. They got right on my problem and got my trailer fixed. They even stayed after hours to make sure they got me back on the road. The prices are awesome!
