Manager of this place is so rude and demeaning to you. I bought supplies from them but with the pandemic and everything having to be done thru phone I was giving the wrong item. I went and waited for hours until he came out to tell me no exchanges. I explained the situation and he said "I'm judge and jury on these decisions" I was only asking for exchange not a refund on the item.

We had a short on some flex conduit but the manager Tom Kincaid made it right as soon as he found out about in a very professional way. We have been using Triangle for years with good availability of a wide variety of electrical things for our properties.
