The only organization as bad or worse than the VA. I really needed a PTSD appointment ASAP, and they called me 4 days in a row to ask the same information. A week after the last call I hadn’t heard from them so I called. They had an appointment for me that I would have missed if I hadn’t called them. They claimed to have called me and left a voicemail regarding the appointment, which was a lie.

I hope no one ever has to deal with the people that work at the downtown location in El Paso. The employees are the worst-uneducated, rude, completely disrespectful to others and don’t know how to follow basic rules of humanity. Good luck.

Worst place to work. Management is unprofessional and never provides feedback. Hardly ever talk to agents. Help is never available when needed.
