Outstanding service and workmanship!
These are my everyday Ariat Heritage Roughstock boots I use for ranching. From the El Paso heat, one of the heels came off. They replaced both heals at an extremely reasonable price and cleaned them up so they look brand new! They were finished a day after I dropped them off and the owner texted me before and after photos. Highly recommend for any boot or shoe repair.

Every single time I take my shoes or my family’s for some kind of repair, I’m very pleased with the quality of his professional work.
He is honest and transparent, plus he has them ready every single time as promised. The prices are decent, afforable and he goes the extra mile and listens to his customers needs.

Shoes were supposed to be ready in one week and it took three weeks to get them back. Very poor quality of work. Cuts of material were crooked and jagged. Some parts of the new material were already peeling off. Sections were not properly stitched either.

Being a dying art and very few people can do what this guy can do, it’s a gift to our community. Professional work great customer service, price is just. Ask you can see he fixed my sandals in a day, every where that I took them no one wanted to fix them they would told me throw them a way. This guy brought new life to my beloved sandals. If I had before photos y'all would have been amazed. I've had the black pair since about 2010 and the beige pair since about 2015 or 2016, so both have wear and tear but still great shoes. The little heel piece of the beige shoe had been worn out so lopsided that it was difficult to walk in them, and the strap had been broken off and I made an attempt to glue it back with super glue lol. The black heel's little heel piece was worn down to the bolt being exposed AND the PU was pushed up a 1/3rd of the way up the heel on both shoes. He fixed them up and have made them wearable again! The beige one he added an extra bit of glue to assist with my haphazard repair job too ? Pricing was fair and reasonable and the best I've ever had when brining my shoes anywhere and the job was done within an hour. I will definitely be coming back here again and I highly recommend anyone with shoe repair needs come here too!

Do not bring your repairs here, they are unprofessional and rude with customers. You will waste your time and money, it won’t be a quality repair and you’ll have to take it somewhere else to fix their “repairs”.
