Horrible customer service. Came to the get a simple repair on my trailer. The shop office is not clearly labeled. Maybe even non existent? Anywho, walked around until I found Tony. He walked up belittling me because I could not find the entrance. When trying to respond he cut me off asking what I need? When spending my hard earned money I don’t want to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Tony can get dragging a trash can around trying to look busy while not a single truck in their shop. Visit Tony if you want to feel like you’re interrupting his day of relaxing.

Would rate it less then anything, bathrooms were disgusting, poop, toilet paper everywhere. Highest diesel price in location. Little snacks to choose from.

I went to petro store with my wife and kids there is Mexican lady cashier just following us even she checks are food We brought it from out side to reheat it
Cashier lady need some orientation in customer service I don’t know what manager Dowing he should check his employee and security trying to take her side . She should watch her camera wen someone did some thing wrong then she can involve instead chasing people in store I’m giving ⭐️one star her letting me use microwave

Here in this place there is a barbershop and the assistant is a person who is so attentive to her work, very good place, very good service.

I bought diesel and def here 05/01/24 and immediately I was about to pull out , my truck gave me a check engine light warning ( diesel exhaust fuel low quality , after treatment problem detected ) 10 miles into my trip , my truck derate to 55mph at first , 200 miles later 5 MPH . Had to stop at fort Stockton TX and spent the whole day there getting it fixed with a 2100$ bill . Do not buy def here

Got assigned shower 2. There was no bar of soap, no soap in the liquid dispenser. Asked the guy who works here for a bar of soap said they don't have any. The liquid dispenser was filled by him. Came to find out it doesn't have a lid. It's filled with other people hair and since there is no lid other customers dirty water goes in side of it.
Used the outside restroom there were no paper towels. Asked the employee for some paper towels. He said we are out of paper towels too. I guess they can keep increasing the price of shower and not even do bare minimum. Go somewhere else this place is nasty.

Petro is the best of all truck stops! always delicious there is good service, I like Petro more than Loves and Pilot so I prefer to stay only at Petro, I recommend trying the fried liver puree here. Mashed potatoes. And there is also a very large selection of food here and delicious food, excellent food compared to lovs, there is a huge selection here, so guys, I recommend and recommend this place to all truck drivers.and there are also wild cats there that I always fed, bought canned food, they go into your arms and I advise If you see them, do not leave them hungry. They need you to feed them.
