Since day one Alex has been the most polite and professional person to speak to at that establishment. He's always super knowledgeable and true to his word.

“On Nov 27th I had my '01 LeSabre towed to Texican. I did so after reading their reviews and Johnny's responses to those reviews. I found that to be very informative about how much he cared about his company; and his customers.
Any Johnny did exactly what we talked about. He only found that I had broken a motor mount. He told me the price including the tow and I was shocked. Not only did he look at my car, and replace the motor mount, he only charged me for what was done. That cost was $.295.76. he not only repared my vehicle, he showed me that their is a reliable, no b.s repair shop right here, in the northeast part of El Paso.
He's gained my trust, and I will take me car back if and when other issues occur.
I greatly appreciated their honesty, and timely repairs.”

“I'm in the military and was driving on PCS orders from Galveston, TX to Oceanside, CA when I stopped for the night in El Paso, TX. I then realized the clutch components on my truck were starting to fail and I would not be able to continue without getting it fixed. It was Sat night before Easter Sunday and after calling around local repair shops in the area, alpha auto services were the only ones who answered. Although they were not able to get me in on Sunday, I was able to drop it off first thing Monday morning and they made my vehicle the priority since I was from out of town and on a timeline to get to CA. They quickly identified the issues, notified me of the needed repairs with a quote that was within the amount that I had expected and told me the truck would be done the same day, which was a huge relief. I picked up the truck that afternoon and was charged as quoted, a fair price for the repair. They had me test drive the truck before I left to ensure there were no issues with the repair and the new clutch worked great. Thank you Alpha Auto Services, I was able make it to my destination with no further issues whatsoever with the truck. You saved the day!”
