I’ve been to the BMW dealership several times and never had a proper conversation with any of the service advisors and was to the point of driving to Tucson or Abq for my car services after my most recent visit. “The only place I’ll trust with my VW. I’ve gone to other mechanics that always somehow screwed me over. Each time my car needs something they are always the best to fix it ASAP. Most recently I brought my car with the entire engine disassembled, they checked my car made sure all the part were there and rebuilt it for me and now the car is like brand new! This is the best place to trust and to take your car too. I've been to plenty of Mexican shops in El Paso. And because I'm a foreigner, I've trusted more foreign shops that are run by a boss that's from a foreign country, not Mexico. So I've never been screwed over or ripped off like plenty of other Mexican shops in El Paso who try to rip you off. I want to have my own shop one day so I'm learning a lot from this guy and most of all I always help people with their cars as well on the side it's a hobby until I get really good. “On Nov 27th I had my '01 LeSabre towed to Texican. I did so after reading their reviews and Johnny's responses to those reviews. I found that to be very informative about how much he cared about his company; and his customers.
Any Johnny did exactly what we talked about. He only found that I had broken a motor mount. He told me the price including the tow and I was shocked. Not only did he look at my car, and replace the motor mount, he only charged me for what was done. That cost was $.295.76. he not only repared my vehicle, he showed me that their is a reliable, no b.s repair shop right here, in the northeast part of El Paso.
He's gained my trust, and I will take me car back if and when other issues occur.
