I recommend this place. The service was great and on point. I brought my car for back brakes . They were able to replace them and send me a video of the service provided to my phone. Services was fast. I will come back again.

Top techs came through when Casa Kia failed miserably! I've had an issue with my 2021 Kia for months, for the longest time I felt like problems I tried to address with tech at Kia were in my head. After almost getting into a car crash, I took my car to Top Tech. Jay was amazing along with Ms. Hernandez. They explained all the process of getting answers to what was going on with my car. They didn't charge me for the diagnostic on Friday and yesterday they took care of my car and made it safe to drive again in matter of hours. They sent videos to my phone with all the work steps done. It definitely puts customer's mind at ease seeing it done. Will go again for all my service needs.

My sons vehicle went to Top Techs because it was overheating. After troubleshooting I was quoted a price and the techs began work upon approval. The work far exceeded their expectations of labor and time, however instead of killing me with extra fees they stuck by their quote. My son just got his car and he said it runs great. I highly recommend these guys, they stand by their word which is something you rarely see now days. Thank you Top Techs

Excellent honest service. They are very fair priced and even send you a video of what they really do, not like many mechanics that say they changed something and they never even opened the hood. Avoid any of their locations they lack knowledge and are thieves. Took my car for a engine swap and they took 6 months just to do an outrageous job. Took the car to other shops and i was denied service due to this shops horrible reputation of leaving cars in bad shape. Also they damaged my bumper and when i asked what happened all they said was they dont know that they would see the cameras. When i went back for my old engine specifically to get the drive belt system it was removed so i had to leave without it. Now its been about a year and a couple thousand dollars trying to reverse everything they did and get the car running properly. All they might do right is a oil change

This is my go to shop now. I had a few days before a huge road trip to get some work done and everywhere was backed up. I called top techs and they too were booked up, but Ruben told me if I could drop off my truck they’d try to squeeze me in. They did and I’m so grateful! This is also the only mechanic shop I’ve been to that sends video updates and it’s awesome. The most transparent shop I’ve ever worked with.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, they are not considerate at all do not care about your time at all. First of all we made an appointment for 11 for an AC DIAGNOSTIC.. told us it would take 2 hours tops well it’s about to be 5 PM and my car is still there and still can’t figure out what is wrong with my AC and now the car won’t start.. had to towed my car to my house after just needing an AC DIAGNOSTIC literally ridiculous, I wish I could make this stuff up..HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Was told I would be sent videos and recordings when they started and of the work that was done, water was blowing fine until I drove off a few minutes later and back to blowing hot.
