In September I signed up for the yearly membership. That’s what the boy who was working that day had explained to me. This morning I went through the car wash like I always do and a boy employee was incredibly rude and told me that my membership was no longer active. I told him to resign me up then and he replied that I would have to go around instead. There’s no way out of the car wash. I told him I would go through the car wash and he can renew my membership. He continued to argue with me. Then I asked to just be charged for this car wash and tried offering him my card. He still denied me. I had to reverse and literally go up the sidewalk ramp to get out. Then the girl working there told me they signed me up incorrectly in September which should have been their problem not mine. I honestly don’t even want to continue with this place at all it’s a bunch of kids running things here. They should have let me go through and resolved things after.

Never once did I authorize a monthly fee. The card was on the app that I used for 2 single washes and they started charging my card $32.99 a month. Noami is rude, arrogant and clueless. Go anywhere else but here.

This company is deceiving the costumers. They sold a two month promotion unlimited car wash with one month payment. And they didn't honor the second month. What a scam!

Fix your ending, fix & clean and the wash pads, leaving residue all over front to back of side of vehicle. Drying pads aint working ain’t activating or spinning

I give Tommy’s 5 stars because when I was washing my truck by hand they had an offer for a free month and it came in clutch plus in the past they offer free washes on select days and not to forget the mat wash!

Guy with the earring takes along time to open the gate even if you have membership and the wash is constantly stopping in the middle and stops the car while paying $32

Bought my membership 2 weeks ago and when i get there to wash my car they say i don't have a membership even tho i show them my payment, so they brought the manager and she said the same thing, then they said if i change vehicles when i went to get my membership i took my vehicle and they registered so that's so unprofessional, no wonder people are going back to Mister Car Wah!!! ?

In the tunnel system, the machine caused me to hit the car in front of me and two employees told me to exchange info with the person I hit when it was clearly the machine’s fault. They didn’t want to take blame! Terrible location!

This car wash is horrible this was my first time driving through a touch car wash, my car is 2 years olds and I usually use no touch car washes. My vehicles had numerous scratches and I was given the run around when they were “supposedly” investigating my claim. The claim came out that it wasn’t due to their wash which is 100% false they took no liability of the damages done to my vehicles..DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! They do not care about their customers!
