I've been using this agency for my car insurance for a few years now and they have always exceded my expectations. In the rare occasions where there is any discrepancies with my policy (usually system glitches with the actual insurance company and not the agents) I always reach out to Evelyn. Not only is she very knowledgeable and efficient at her job, but she is just over all a pleasant person. You can always hear her smile over the phone and she goes above and beyond to assist me with my needs as a customer. I highly recommend this establishment!

My dad had multiple policies with this firm for many yrs which I helped him manage. The staff is always willing to help and courteous but God forbid you actually file claims with them . State Farm will do everything in their power to reject the claims and will make it as complicated as they can for you to file and move forward with the claims. We had to go as far as to hire an attorney to get his home roof repaired it only took 2 yrs, 2 different attorney firms and hundreds of calls for his roof to get repaired. Such a shame.
