One month into the 6 week challenge. Currently pushing close to 50 years old. During the first 4 weeks I have dropped 16 pounds, improved flexibility, strength, and stamina. 2 more weeks to go to complete the program. Diet plan is manageable and daily exercises are tough, but worth it. Trainer John has really been motivating.

Erika is an amazing trainer. Been to both locations with her and he’s changed my life. I’ve lost 20lbs since January and still going! I’d highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to stop wishing and start getting!
