1 star if i could would give them 0 had a blow out on brand new tire damaged my truck went to store they change my tire still pay $100 out of my pocket then a 2nd tire same damaged wont do anything about it they suck!!! Dont wasted your money there.

Great experience. The guys working were very nice, helpful, and got me in and out on a Sunday with a pair of new trailer tires. Highly recommend.

Called to look for a specific tire at 6:37pm, asked the guy who answered me if he could look for a tire with the Make and Model of my vehicle (I’ve bought three tires here before and they’ve done it this way) the guy who was on the phone said AND I QUOTE “oh no it’s cause we have the computer here and it’s gives us all the sizes, I need a specific size” which was confusing to me because they ALWAYS do it this way, so I hung up and decided to call again, i told the guy that answered that the other guy didn’t wanna help me, turns out it was the SAME GUY. I asked him if he could help me and he said “oh it’s cause we’re about to close at 7” ????? If he didn’t wanna do his job for the last 20 minutes of his shift he could have JUST SAID THAT! Nonetheless I will NEVER be buying tires here again, even though they have good prices, Discount Tire price matches and they give the best service! (Also: all three tires I bought here popped or had issues, so I’m glad I dodged a bullet, and now I realize most tires on these reviews have got the same issue) so 0 STARS ?

I had bought brand new tires from this shop a year ago(8/2022) and began to have problems with them recently (8/2023). I called them to see if they could do anything about it and said that the warranty was through the tires! I came to another shop and they had told me that they put on 2017yr tires on my car! They put tires that had been sitting in their shop for 5 years and these tires only lasted one year! Do not come to this shop it’s a scam!

Payed over $580 for a set of new Michellin Tires. And they started popping from the outer walls. They lasted a month. Tires are recycled here. Don’t waste your money. I specifically told them i was going out of town. I could’ve died from these cheap tires. Go to a real dealership.

I went to this business for a screw I saw in my tire. Did not have to wait long for them to have my truck in their bay. They lifted the truck and inspected the tire. They found the screw but it did not pierce the tire; how lucky is that. The best part, they did not charge me at all.I'm not from El Paso, but if I was, they would always have my business

I wish I could give a 0 star rating..very disappointed with manager, he put 3 tires that were manufactured in 2019..after talking with him, he wanted me to put a more expensive tire, and wanted me to pay $160 more ,when I had already spent over $600 . I have always bought my tires for all of my vehicles there, but now they have lost my business.Please,make sure they show you the tires before they installed them, look at the maufacturing date.

10 percent of the population leave 100% of the negative reviews and just by that principle here’s a 5 star for a good business just trying their best.I was a customer here about a week ago. Joseph got me in, took care of my car, had a great experience, recognized that this is a business trying to feed family’s so there, 5 stars. Good job Tire club, good job.

I woke up super early on Sunday March 20th, 20222 ready to travel to AZ for work.
I get in my work truck and notice one of my tires has low air pressure and upon further inspection, I notice a screw right in the middle of the tire.
I "Google" for a flat tire repair shop that's open on Sundays, and find this place.
I get coffee and do other stuff that I needed to do before getting on the road, so by the time I arrive is a little bit before 9:00 am.
The staff doesn't complain because I get there early and ask what I need, they tell me to drive into their shop, they patch my tire and even rotate all of my tires in about 15 minutes.
I'm so grateful for their help.
The place is in the northeast side of the Sunland Park Mall parking lot.
