I'm known for coming to this UPS location often because my dear mother is notorious for ordering stuff online and then changes her mind wanting for me to return her items. I am happy to do so. The gentlemen working at the front are always polite and excel in customer service. Returning items are always a breeze. These gentlemen go above and beyond making sure if I needed help with anything else. Thank you so much for your spectacular service. ?

Customer service rep charged me to print a label because the email UPS sent me didn't include a way to scan a bar code. This was supposed to be a prepaid return, and the reason for the return was the fact that UPS crushed the box and damaged the product. This is an unacceptable way to conduct business.

On Sat Aug 17 '24 they were closed at 3:30 p.m. That's a few hours early. Things happen, everybody understands, however, you put a sign up, maybe saying you'll reopen tomorrow, etc. I loaded 10 heavy boxes to the door from a truck, locked up the truck, keeping my eye on everything. It doesn't make sense to go inside 10 times leaving things unattended. Pulled the door - locked! Covert laziness goin' on there. Really bad showing. My confidence level is now zero and I'll double check their work every time from here on. Don't wait for your last day to return Amazon items, they might just shut 'er down on an impulse. You don't know.

Actual store hours are different than what’s they have listed on google. Closed Sundays and close at 3pm on Saturdays.

The clerk who actually took my package was fine. The girl that initially helped me was disrespectful and told me she wouldn’t even return the package and she had no idea how much I had paid for it or how much they were charging me to return it. I don’t really need that kind of advice.

I've been in the area for about 8 months and I've never had any trouble in this store. The clerks in there are nice and friendly and they try to help you out the best way they can. Idk how many times I've ran up to their door at the last minute when they've just closed, and each time, someone spared me and would let me in to make a shipment. Gael and Mario are usually these heroes. They're also very helpful all around as well. There's another guy in there who wears glasses who also went out of his way one time and displayed true patience and persistence to get a shipment processed that Amazon had messed up on. I've seen nothing less than 5 star quality from their service.
