Tried to schedule an appointment with this company only to be rudely told that they “will contact us and to stop calling them” after not hearing from them for almost a week. Then they randomly showed up claiming they called me the day before when they didn’t. Then when I called to figure out what was going on I was told I was crazy and a liar by the rude female receptionist. Ridiculously unprofessional company…call logs don’t lie!!
(The people who actually came to do the job on the other hand were great - no complaints there. They got the job done quickly. )

The Sprinkler Guy is very busy, so it takes a while to get an appointment, but once he does arrive, he focuses in on the problem and takes care of it right away and at a good price. I have used this service several times and highly recommend him.

These guys are awesome! The recently serviced my house, & they did an awesome job, they charge a good price! Now I will say, they do take a while make an appointment. You do need to set up with them at least a month in advance. But for the price & AMAZING service? Worth the wait!

After a previous sprinkler repair represenative I reached out to directly failed to complete the so called "easy job" as he stated and after two weeks of ignoring my calls to return to finish, I reached out to the Sprinkler Guy crew. Great experience! Called The Sprinkler Guy and left a VM. They called back Monday morning and set me up an appt to fix my broken/cracked irrigation line. They fixed issue quickly and were reasonably priced(especially for the precarious location of leak in pipe) I will use them and gladly refer any friends and family to use them.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I am so very happy I stopped fiddling with other irrigation guys and finally contacted The Sprinkler Guy. What a phenomenal job they did for me. Arrived on time, went immediately to work identifying the problem(s). Gave me costs as they went along and then tested and checked their work. Thank you ever so much to this local business. Give them a call if you require sprinkler assistance. You won't regret it.
