I had been with postal solution like for 10 months and never had any issue, but lately Im having that problem that my package said delivered but for some reason is not on my mail box for two weeks or more.
The customer services said, "The phone message will notify you that you have a package," but it is like taking an eternity to get my package.
I dont know who the problem or if it is the provider of them or if they just have a big stack of packages behind and they just scan when they want to.
I'm sorry, but that issue makes me mad.
Hopefully, they fix that problem.

We have been to The Postal Solution for almost every service this business provides - from shipping and notary services to passport photos and packaging. Each visit we were met with excellent, attentive customer service. Even during busy times, the owner is always pleasant with us, and every customer she helps before us. She is very knowledgeable of shipping policies, and offered very helpful advice to ship our valuable items. This is our first choice for notary services - even before our bank!

If you need physical fingerprints, go to the Sheriffs department. It’s WAY cheaper and they aren’t rude or condescending.

Let's be honest here, the front lady is ALWAYS cold rude and has a long face. She's never pleasant and doesn't seem to enjoy doing her job. Most of the positive reviews are probably her friends or relatives.
