BEST experience I’ve ever had at the groomers. Vicky is amazing and extremely personable. She really cares about your dogs and does an absolutely AMAZING haircut. Best haircut my dogs have ever received, I’d recommend to everyone. Lastly, the prices are great, and she even offers military discount. You won’t regret bringing your fur babies here!

My four dogs receive the best grooming care at the Pet Shop! Vicky and her staff provide excellent services. She’s a true dog whisperer and always lets me know when further vet care may be needed. I highly recommend her!

Been taking my fur babies for ten plus years. Vicky and Patty are always great with them. Had one of my fur babies that was very apprehensive and they worked with him every time. He got to the point where he was happy to go. Wouldn't trust my Cocoa and Odie to anyone else.

I truly enjoy bring my 3 babies to The Pet Shop. Vicky is very professional, knowledgeable and has lots of patience when dealing with her clients. My dogs have never trembled or seemed fearful when I drop them off.

Terrible customer service, inattentive staff, staff does not respect customers waiting to ask questions and will just skip those standing by waiting for a turn to discuss pet needs.

The best groomer in El Paso Texas. She knows her (Vicky) great with animals small medium and large. Fast service and staff is nice and friendly. I have 13 yrs going and my Samantha gives 10 paws up on service. She has done many of my fur babies over the years. Great loving care and experience. Thanks Vicky and staff.
