I am very upset with how business is handled at this store. I bought a bedroom chest and it broke the same day it was delivered. I called that same day and explained the issue and I was assured a replacement. Now, they are refusing to replace it and I am left with a damaged chest that I will be expected to pay off.

Horrible experience the so called manager Sam was rude cut me off when speaking to me did not have my order ready when I was told it was there days ago . Still waiting … I recommend for everyone to go else were better customer service and prices are lower at other places that are the same brand and model numbers.

This place deserves 6 stars?. Kevin and Nick deliver the best customer service and are so efficient with all their transactions. There's plenty of parking! I was in the Ashley Store next door and The Home Store has a better selection of furniture. I was able to find this "unique" dining set with 4 red chairs. I've been searching for 6 months and I fell in love with this set.

Service was amazing. Kevin and Irma provided excellent service and the prices are extremely affordable for quality furniture. I left out of there with a full sofa set and delivery is prompt! Recommend anyone to stop there first if they are in the area.

I purchased a sectional on 7/1/23 was scheduled for delivery on 7/6/23 received a phone call letting me know that the drivers were not notified of the delivery had to wait until 7/7/23 for it to be delivered the movers damaged the sectionals and told me the office will contact me I waited for a while and no one contacted me I had to call them several times to find out the status of the merchandise it was like this for about a month this company is not professional and don't communicate well on the status of merchandise at the end they returned some of my money the business doesn't care if you loose as long as they end up winning I don't recommend doing business with this type of business.On August 11 I talked to Zack I let him know that one of the chairs from my dinning room set is white and the rest of my chairs are ligt cream he asked me to send him an email and add a pictures of the chairs however it is the 17 of August and he has not responded to my email so I called him today and asked him what the status of my email was and he said to me that I only had 30 days to exchange the chair and because I had given them a bad review they would not do any exchanges for me.This kind of unprofessional, unethical business should not be allowed to operated also tge quality if their furniture is very poor quality I which I should have looked at the reviews before I gave my business to these ungrateful rude people. They made me wait a month to replaced that same chair because the first one was defective and the replacement was also defective too, sonI am stuck with this set that doesnt match."I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL"After I talked to Zack Irma a sales employee texted me letting me know that Zack was going to exchange the chair that I needed to take it to the furniture store, and got another one that matched the rest of the chairs.The bad experience in dealing with the owners will never go away.

We bought a dining set, very nice. Manuel was very helpful and everyone was nice. The delivery was postponed a day because of the weather, but they called and it wasn't a problem. The next day we had our dinning set set up and they took all the trash (packaging material). Very satisfied with our purchase and the service.
