I've been here twice customer service is bad. You ask for a particular service on how you want your laundry done and when you say it's not done right they tell you that you're wrong. I'll start going up the street to the competition. Supreme Laundry.

The ladies here were so helpful. I needed a ROTC uniform cleaned and they did it for a super affordable price. They were able to tell me when to drop off and how long it would take. Plus they open early in case you forget the day before ?. Definitely coming back.

My husband is a long time user of The Cleaners. Now that we've moved we use this location. I always have to send back between 2 to 4 shirts to have them re-dry cleaned, at this location. On top of that you have a young lady that helps in the afternoons and is very rude. NO customer service skills whatsoever.MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO THIER CUSTOMERS.

Horrible! Took a brand new dress to get dry cleaned because it was wrinkled, they stained it and ruined the dress by ripping off a bow from the front didnt even give us the bow back. Didnt fix the stains they left on the dress then said they couldnt help me because of a release being signed and the manager decided to ignore all together. Horrible place and service! Go elsewhere!!! Would give a lower rating if possible.

Just don’t waist your time, and money. When I got there the customer service was horrible, I don’t mind if the end product is good. Sadly my blouse wasn’t clean, and it was pressed instead of stemmed, also it want pressed properly.

Date of service: 11/19/18
Dropped of a white dress shirt for dry clean. Picked up later that evening. Makeup on cuff still present and collar still dirty. Informed them of my findings, asked for a redo. They offered to launder the shirt, to be picked up the next day. Picked up the shirt the following day...makeup and collar still unclean. Decided to cut my losses.
Came home and realized that The Cleaners wrote my last name and year on both the garment care tag and the inside of the shirt. I was not informed they would use pen to mark my shirt, twice for that matter.
Incomplete poor service with uninformed actions. Would not try again.
