Takes very long to get called but friendly staff and very polite. They answer all your questions. And explain the process keep up the good work just improve on the wait time and you get 5 stars

They give you a very bad service never helpful and it's very far away from most resident of El Paso county and they take for ever just to tell you you need something else like people don't have a busy day

Bunch of liars… called to see what exactly I needed to get the vehicle out that was stolen from me. Bring every paperwork they asked and refused to give me the vehicle Bunch of liars that make it hard for you to get your property and later keep the vehicle and sell it to auction to make more profit..thieves
