DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEYThey took out my car payment TWICE in the same week leaving me with no money and they told me there was nothing they can do to help me even though the money went to THEM! And they had the audacity to harass me with “late payment” notices when I basically prepaid for the next month. It literally takes 2 seconds to look at the payment history to see why there’s a month missing because HELLO I paid twice in the same month. They really screwed me over and offered no sympathy or solution.

Worse customer service ever!. Rude employees, and I have never had as much problems with a bank as I've had here! They never give you a chance to explain things they speak over you at the call centers and they hang up the phone on you. By choice I will never do business with them nor do I recommend anyone else to bank there. I could hear the tepresentative on their 1877 number laugh as i was trying to understand a charge. Very unprofessional people. DO NOT BANK WITH RAIZ. Everyone is clueless as to what they are suppose to do.

Terrible bank 3 times in the past few months they say my payments are late but are paid off days early they also take months to tell u that ur payments are late when it’s their fault. There atms don’t work and when u put money in them ur money doesn’t get deposited for days sometimes weeks.

I was a long time customer for twenty one years. Raiz federal credit union is the worst banking institution experience I ever had. They had four day update to the system debit cards didn't work I couldn't access basic information. I will take my money elsewhere with a banking institution who knows what they are doing. Clearly these people don't.

Absolute worst set up. I'll be refinancing with another bank for my vehicle. They take forever. Waited in line for an hour. Not to mention once you get in line you can't leave. They're set up to fail. So funny that you all have a 4.1 rank when all I see is bad reviews. I'll be taking my money and business else where.

This new upgrade has just sent everything into chaos, phone calls take over 30 minutes, and the prompts on the phone calls sometimes take you nowhere. Very disappointing. Can't imagine how this is effecting all the older retired people that bank here.

Their customer service is excellent as soon as you walk in the front desk she was so helpful, friendly to the representative he made me feel super comfortable, helpful most definitely keep coming to this branch.

Terrible bank, Carla is rude she lacks empathy and belittles you takes advantage of elderly. The name changed but they need to work on their employees and their work ethics. Read the reviews this should be your last institution to finance with. You walk in to get assistance they refer you out. All you want is that personal experience to get the help you need with someone one on one.

You can be a great customer to this bank for years but if you have a problem that doesnt financially benefit them, they will keep you on the phone for hours and not help you in the slightest. It also seems like every person who works here contradicts each other and doesnt know the rules to their own company. And if you tell them someone told you something different they will treat you even worse. If you try to make an appointment with someone in charge they will either tell you you cant or tell you they will have that person call you back and that NEVER happens. We never did anything wrong or missed a payment and we still havent gotten our issue resolved. I 100% regret giving this bank any of our business, and hopefully this will warn anyone who is trying to decide if this is the right bank for them.

This bank WILL wrongfully repossess your car if they can find a way. My wife and I have been paying our car loans through Raiz for years, since they were TFCU. We changed insurance companies last year and Raiz claimed they stopped receiving proof of insurance, but only for my vehicle. My insurance company has proof that they sent multiple forms to the bank for both myself and my wife. Insurance forms that have all our correct contact information. Raiz claims they tried contacting me multiple times and that they did not have our updated address however the repo company they hired found our new address just fine. When Raiz found out we were paying insurance and our car payments the entire time, they claimed we would receive a refund to the account we make payments with. In order to get our car back, though, we would first have to pay the "late payments" to get the paperwork through to repo, then we would be responsible for repo. They gave us the run around as much as they could through this whole process only to find the "refund" is going straight back to our account with them. When I spoke with Ramone from collections and asked to meet with a manager about this situation, he told me the manager would tell me the same thing and basically didn't allow me to make an appointment with one. When my wife asked for a copy of the financial agreement, one person told her a copy was $5, another person emailed it to her without payment the next day. Now we are just trying to fix the credit score they damaged, and they refuse to do anything about it. Still haven't been allowed to speak to a manager. Dont trust this bank, they will do everything in their power to get as much money as they can from you then they will do absolutely nothing to help you even when you and your family have been great customers for years.

I've banked with TFCU for years, since probably my middle school years (I'm 26 now) and I have never really had an issue, you until now.When the company changed to "Raíz" (terrible name) everything went south.Something changed with this credit union and the service is at it's lowest. The calling system is a disappointment. You are put on hold and in the middle of waiting you get hung up on and once you reach the end of the waiting list, you get hung up on as well. The online banking is confusing and not easy to work with. The app itself constantly has issues and overall, the experience and treatment is disgusting.Do better.
