Picking an order through drive ups is slower than getting the items inside. They asked for the code without giving you your order and it comes up as picked and paid while you are still waiting. They are rude when giving you your order, and you receive the wrong items 80% of the time

They do not accept Cat And Jack Returns only if they are new and unused within 90 days of purchasing. Buuuut the other targets thankfully still accept the returns. So save your gas and shop at a different target. 🙏🏽 Staff are always rude bathrooms a disgusting and the “nursing room” is dirty and they can’t locate the key to open it.

Prices are higher in comparison to the competition. Management need to train the employees better. Asked 4 different employees about an item i was looking for ( knee brace ) the 4? Didn't even know where it might be located.
