I've been calling for days but nobody answers. This is really annoying. I do not want to go somewhere. Waste my gas when it's a waste of time that's why you call ahead of time.

They don’t follow instructions at curbside pickup twice I asked for my orders to get placed on the back seat 1. I have anxiety that’s why I don’t go inside the store 2. Just washed my car I’m not trying to roll down my window I don’t see the point of having that option if two different employees are ignoring them I have to be moving bags to the back seat and that’s wastes my time to pick up the person that will be siting on the front.

The service at customer service for returns was the worst experience I’ve ever had. While trying to exchange a pair of shoes that did not fit my daughter. The team member said that she would have to give me my money back. These shoes I got on sale and the sale was over, they did not honor the price I bought it. I ended up paying more the second time around because the team member was being rude and just tossed the money to me.

It never ceases to amaze me how the employees and customers are so helpful this store. I could not get to the apples today so a teen couple picked out good ones and bagged them for me and another lady shopper got something off a high shelf for me, Javier, at the self- check made sure someone helped me out with my items.

This store used to be so great during the '90s and early 2000s real professional staff working back during nostalgic times, now they just hire random people with no great customer service and so rude I've been coming to this Target for the past 20 plus years, some of the associates are so rude Target needs to be doing better and hire better associates

I agree the customer service needs work. Especially in person. Everyone is inconvenienced when you stand in their guest or cashier lines. Especially the customer service desk they don’t even ask if you need anything it’s insane. The drive up is the best service so far that I’ve encountered in this store. They go above and beyond even if they are busy and short staffed always

I love target but please expand or move locations. The parking is awful to get to Target. We need a super target on the Westside!!

Don't order a drive up pick up if you're in a hurry. I thought I could pick it up on my lunch hour but they REALLY milk that 2 hour window. 7 items shouldn't take 2 hours and this is the only Target that takes the full amount of time. I've learned my lesson though not cancelling any more orders because they take their sweet time.
