Service is always great at this particular Subaru dealership. I usually try and get the earliest possible appt. to get out of there quicker. They keep me informed every step of the way when I’m there for maintenance. Again, great service.

Purchased a certified pre-owned last year. Due to rare use of the vehicle it was time to replace the battery. Their Group 1 service team was able to assist me with great professionalism. They were in contact during the whole process and assisted quickly. I believe Subaru stands by their name and Group 1 gave excellent satisfaction.

I had a truly terrible post-purchase experience with this Subaru dealership. At the time of purchase of a 2016 veloster I recall the salesman trying hard to convince me to use their 8% dealership financing, even though I showed up with a 4% preapproval from my bank. I didn't take his advice...
Later I had an air conditioning switch go out and relied on the extended service contract they sold. It took about a month to get this part replaced. The service guy I worked with took a week long vacation and they wouldn't assign another employee to help the customer in his absence. They said just wait till he gets back.
If you're thinking about buying a used vehicle, keep in mind the loaner vehicles are only for Subaru purchasers, not other brands. They finished the simple install but made me wait an extra day to pick up because they couldn't get ahold of the extended warranty provider to pay on the contract. So the car had to sit.
After picking it up the battery went dead within three days. I took it to resler automotive because I don't think these mechanics are competent to fix the damage they caused.
