A friend of mine recommended this place but after reading some reviews I was unsure about it. I'm glad I trusted my friend!!!!! The service here is top notch! My car looks brand new! Melissa in the front is amazing! She kept on top of everything for me and let me know what was going on with my car. Thank you to the whole team at Streamline Auto! Repairs were done fast and I couldn't be happier! I will bring all my vehicles here going forward and I recommended all my friends do the same!!

Took my wife’s vehicle because of progressive to fix some scratches on the passenger door and they did a ok job, left certain scratches and said that those couldn’t be fix but the worse part was they stole two items from her car that meant a lot to her and when we told them about it they didn’t care, I’m so disgusted you can’t even trust the shop that your insurance refers you to.

I have to say Thank You to Loui, Maria & Annette for making my auto collision a great experience! I live in Vegas and was visiting my daughter on the base, and was involved in a car accident. I absolutely panicked because I had to come back home for health reasons, and Annette reassured me & my daughter they would take good care of my truck. They certainly did and I am so very appreciative of the whole team there! Thank you, Thank you once again! You guys are Awesome ?

Do not recommend this body shop! Are negligent, lack accountability and are certainly not customer service oriented.I was referred to Streamline by Progressive following an accident for which I was not at fault. Dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday, 10/25, and was told they would contact me within 2 business days with the estimate. Did not hear from them by Friday, 10/27 COB, which is fine as I understand things can take a bit longer than expected. What I did not expect is what I observed on Saturday, 10/28 and the customer service, or lack thereof, that followed.Hours of operation, as listed on the business's door, is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. I drove by their shop on Saturday, 10/28 at 3:25pm. From the street, I saw my vehicle. We pulled into their parking lot and noticed that my keys were literally hanging from the exterior of the driver's door. The parking lot in which my vehicle was located is gated but the gate was wide open and never did it close, and the parking lot was unattended. It appears Streamline has some agreement with Martin Tire as the parking lot said it was for Martin Tire employees.I contacted Martin Tire to see if they had an emergency phone number for Streamline. They told me no, and only had the main office line. As such, I called Streamline on Saturday, 10/28 at 3:30pm, and left a vm explaining what I observed, and told them that I did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle keys, so I took them. I honestly thought they'd contact me first thing Monday morning but I heard nothing from them.As such, I stopped by their office today, 10/31 asking for the status of my vehicle. They told me that the estimate was done and repairs should be completed by tomorrow. I asked why they didn't call me with the estimate, they said they did, however, I have no record of such call. I then asked if I could grab something from my vehicle; they brought in a body shop man who told me that my keys were accidentally locked inside the car. This is when I told them about my vm; it was very obvious they didn't even listen to it. At that time, one employee told me that they are human and make mistakes. However, the manager then told me that it's standard practice to leave keys hanging outside, or on top, of vehicles, on days where the body shop isn't open and in a parking lot that is unattended. The manager said they have cameras, but obviously if the cameras are monitored, they'd be the first to notice that I took my keys. They said a body shop man is sometimes at the shop on Saturdays, however, no one came out when I was there.My vehicle wasn't the only one with its keys hanging out of the exterior. There were three other cars in a similar situation.When I asked to speak to the owner, the manager said she'd pass along my message to her so she can contact me. Let's see if that happens.My vehicle could have been stolen, or taken for a joy ride by anyone who passed by. I am honestly shocked that the body shop defended their actions and wanted to act like this isn't valid negligence on their end. Do not recommend going here.
