Regrettably, what marred this entire experience was the late-night woman working the front desk on 1/4/2024 at 11:50 pm. Upon entering the front entrance, we noticed all the lights were off, and she was in the dark at the front desk, barely greeting us. We needed water in the room, and when I asked her for some extra bottles, she checked and responded with, "We don't have any more." It's perplexing for a luxury hotel not to provide water for its guests. Then, she became rude and suggested we drink from the fountain. I don't even give tap water to my dogs. What kind of luxury establishment is this if it can't offer guests the simplest amenity of bottled water? I've stayed at luxury hotels worldwide, and this does not align with luxury service standards.

Rooftop Winter Wonderland’ .. the idea is great .. but needs some work … I was under the impression a space heater would be in the igloo’ …. No we didn’t have any heat .. a little difficult to drink a $10 beer when’s it’s freezing.. the service was ok’… but my party kept asking for things that would come automatically when serving..like napkins, plates , forks.. .. definitely an experience and full of potentialFood & drinks: The menu needs a bit of expanding ..Noteworthy details: Nice place .. very friendly.. art work is very cool

Had a pretty poor experience here, unfortunately. First, the blinds in the room were broken and could not be opened. We asked the front desk if they could fix the issue or give us a credit for the inconvenience and they said they'd get back to us. They did not get back to us. A day later, we woke up to the room next to us blasting music super early in the morning. We called down to see if the staff could ask the room next to us to turn it down a bit, but we never heard the staff come by or call our neighbors, and the music continued. The rest of the experience was fine; rooms were otherwise solid and the location was great, but I expected better (or at least okay-ish) service.

The rooms are more than good, you can say that they are excellent ? the aroma of the hallways is what smells bad like feet through the carpet, but in general it is perfect, in the rooms there is no such problem, they are very clean and tidy.Regarding the service, the waiters are friendly when they serve you, when you speak Spanish they think that you don't understand English and they start to speak badly of you and give their opinion about what you order at the bar, that is unpleasant... but in general, as a general point, it is fine. .I think the service can improve a lot and be better at treating customers without judging anything.Rooms: Good appearance and comfortable, I don't consider them luxuryFood & drinks: The salad is delicious and the chicken stripsI don't recommend tacos

Its difficult to decide how to score this place. As an exercise in eccentric and arty interior design housing numerous pieces of art, some quite fascinating like the continuous ascending and descending chandeliers above the restaurant, it is impressive. The guest rooms also are quirky and quite charming to the eye. Where it falls down is if you look past the art and consider it as a hotel. Then the:* single glazing to the bedrooms windows which overlook the needlessly noisy atrium (needlessly as its lounge music played to a bar and dining area largely devoid of people)* way it wastes 100 gallons of cold water before the hot (well, 'warm') water reaches the shower in the morning* the lack if in-room tea/coffee facility - surely a standard thing nowadays* the way "breakfast included" means still paying $5 extra for an orange juice* the ridiculous positioning of the two elevators, movement between which is blocked by a concrete pillar and an oversized waste bin* the restaurant already closed by 8pm (the bar over the road "serves awesome nachos" we were told after arriving from.a full day of travel, tired and hungry) The alternative is stantons bar snacks, but $18+ for a 5" diameter tortilla with some fish on it maybe doesnt hit the spot, although your wallet will notice. In summary, a lovely looking environment but they need to hire an actual hotelier to reconsider how the place functions.

The access is awkward but valets were quick and friendly. Cannot fault the service at all. The room while very nice was poorly laid out. Accessing the water closet was a challenge in the dark, could not use a nightlight because the bathroom walls are glass and the light would have been too much. I imagine other rooms may have been better. But if you want first rate service, this is the place to stay.

The entire staff is incredible. I've stayed here several times and have never had a bad experience. Bring your own water, 1 bottle on the night stand. Stanton House is too cheap to give you two bottles of water for two guests unless you order a bottle from room service.

Super cool, boutique hotel in downtown El Paso. Valet parking and service was great; however, good to know that cars are parked in an uncovered back parking lot so don't leave any valuables in your car.The rooms were well-appointed and spacious. I would say the level of luxury was excellent considering the great price and location. Our favorite was hanging out with Roberto in the bar. The bar itself is small and intimate; however, the edited cocktail menu was phenomenal. Roberto was friendly and knowledgeable about craft cocktails and even gave us a few tips for our own home bar.

Absolutely top-notch boutique hotel in the heart of Downtown! Close to everything-Superb features in the room, especially the gorgeous soaking tub! The amenities in room are also fantastic and unique! Dining and Spa services also on site-definitely a must when visiting El Paso or looking for an exceptional STAYCATION experience.

I just visited the lobby bar. It was very nice but they have no dark beer! Employees were very attentive. Drinks are rather pricey.

Honestly, I only picked this place because of how clean the other reviews said it was, and they were all spot on! This place is very, very clean. Seriously, my room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at anywhere. I really want this place to understand how impressed I was with the cleanliness of my room. Please do a masterclass on how to clean a hotel room because every other place needs it.I'm sad I can't remember the name of the young man at the front desk who helped me on the phone and at check out because he deserves some recognition too he was so very polite and helpful the whole stay, also the young man doing valet was equally as polite and helpful. The only downside for me personally was that this is a downtown hotel, so expect things to be happening outside and for you to hear said happenings outside from inside your room. Not that big of a deal, probably depending on the days of your stay, and if they have events going on, this could be better or worse.Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Just breakfast in the coffee shop. Ten tops. Four occupied when we arrived. Two wait staff. Told to wait be one waitress. A couple arrived after us was immediately seated by the other wait staff. The 3 of us waited another five minutes. Then seated at a booth. No ask for drinks. Wait some more. Very slow. Finally got coffee. Placed order for Stanton breakfast. Advertised as brunch but limited menu no Buffett. Wait wait wait. No coffee refills. See wait staff washing dishes in kitchen. See our plates set under warming lights. Wait wait wait. Finally get coffee refills. Wait wait wait. Watch our plates under lights. Wait wait wait. Finally get plates, food pedestrian. Eat and wait wait wait ask for check.Only one other group 4 came in while we were there. Under and poorly staffed. Over rated.

Very nice. Wish they had a place like this in Dallas or Los Angeles. They maintain a very classy place.
