This is regarding store on 7631 N. Mesa Street T-mobile.I switches from another carrier and ohh I regret… no signal is new normal, can’t open page without issues & my gps would also randomly show “no or low connection”. But to the point… the staff, Megan to be precise, got us to switch the line and get iWatch with another extra line & turn in pretty much new watch (which didn’t have the ability to be connected as a separate line), which was ok. But… I wanted to lower my bill, in fact it’s higher than prev carrier now! They promised us a promotional code and told we will receive $200 each (husband and I) credit for anything we’d like. It was promised in July, now it’s February- we’ve received nothing! Meanwhile, I went to this store personally (the wait is always terrible) and didn’t get anything done - still no credit, no email and no better signal whatsoever. I only have screenshots from their web confirming my promo code with the date, but I haven’t seen any credit money; now need to pay bills + pay off new iWatch (which I was gonna buy only bc we got the credit!) So don’t fall for it! All a lie, I wish I haven’t switched to them at all. Not worth time & money & this service really sucks in EP west!Update: Store Manager Daniel was able to get me promised credit, which I appreciate. Although my signal, even after resetting network settings still isn’t good. So I’ll probably consider provider change soon anyway.

T-Mobile is just terrible, the app always has issues, customer service is slower than a rock and all I get is lies and ignored. I have been with them for over 4 years, and this is how they treat loyal customers.

Came to the store for a shipping label that I didn't receive and Juanhe is a Retail Associate Manager found a solution to print it out, I was super Happy. Really recommend this store

This is regarding store on 7631 N. Mesa Street T-mobile store.I want to make a formal complaint about the lack of knowledge, professionalism, incompetence and irresponsible actions of one of your employees. My mom and I visited this store on Sunday September 10th. I am a mother who is concerned about my son’s safety and in order to ease my mind, I decided it was a good idea to get my son the Sync up kids watch since I am not ready to get him a phone. The gentleman who assisted us was Miguel but I believe he goes by Mike. He was very kind but unfortunately, his lack of knowledge and responsibility caused us to make a huge mistake. We told him from the start that we were not TMobile customers. My mom was actually asking him about the transition process as she was considering switching to TMobile. He went ahead with the process for the watch and had my mom run her credit which he told her she was easily approved. Unbeknownst to us, he then tells us he did the entire process but that unfortunately, he didn’t have the watch in stock. He said “come back tomorrow anytime after 1pm and we will have it.” That evening we left the store empty handed. I went back the next day like Mike suggested at around 2:30pm and the “manager” chuckled and said “oh I haven’t picked it up yet can you come back?” Lack of professionalism and no respect for people’s time was my impression of this manager. I then had to go back that evening which happened to be a very busy one, unfortunately. I had my two young kids and I was stressing over their bedtime because my son had school the next day but we were excited to get the watch so we waited anyway. When we were finally offered to be helped, an associate named Javier helped us. He was very nice and started doing whatever was needed to be done. I did notice he kept going to the back for something but I never suspected anything was wrong. When he finally realized the issue he told us that unfortunately, unless we opened a phone line we were not able to get the watch. I felt so disappointed with the lack of knowledge and irresponsibility from your associate Mike. He had my mom run her credit for NOTHING! Imagine that happened to you. How upsetting to run your credit and still leave empty handed because of someone’s irresponsibility. He NEVER told us we needed a T-Mobile line in order to have the watch line. Neither Javier or Danny the manager that evening were able to offer any help or solution which made me even more upset. They were very nice but didn’t have any solutions for us besides saying “you can open a line for $20 and get the watch.” How unfair and terrible to tell your customer something completely different than what they thought were signing up for. This interaction was so unfortunate and very irresponsible from your associate. My mom ran her credit, I wasted time and gas going to that store twice that day, my kids ended up going to bed late and we left the store empty handed. To say we are upset is an understatement. Train your associates better, have them be transparent with their customers even if it’s not going to get them the commission they want. They screwed us over because I still don’t have the watch and I was hoping I could get this so I can reach out to my son while he’s in school. Especially in these difficult times we’re living in. If you’re a parent, you should understand.

I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and Javier made the long process smooth and as quick as possible! He was very knowledgeable on all of the promotions and was able to answer any questions we had. Can’t recommend him enough.

The employees here are very well trained and have excellent customer service. I went to take my internet back just to drop my bill for a few months (will definitely get again when I can) they helped return my modem and will send it back for me. They kept apologizing for the time it was taking but I understood! Thank you fr your help today.

Came to tmobile looking for a new phone & left with the best experience. JC was very helpful, very kind & patient. Helped me find the device i wanted & set up the perfect plan for me & answered all of my question! She made the process of switching phones so much easier & less stressful than usual. Would come back just based on the customer service alone!

Yesterday (4/18/23) around 5 pm I went to this store to turn in my trade in that I started online. As soon as I said that to the associated he gave me a rude attitude. After supposedly trying to help me he said he couldn’t take it. I asked why or if someone else in the store could help me. He said no with a rude attitude. Then I decided to go to another tmobile store the one at tres mariposas plaza. They were able to help me with a great attitude. So if you are not buying dont go to this store they will not help you and they will give you a bad attitude.
