“Always a go-to when I need last-minute baseball equipment for a good price. I usually get my son's baseball pants here when I need a clean pair for a upcoming tournament. The parking is sometimes hard to find but you can usually find one within walking distance. They also have items for football and softball. If you are looking for bats they have those as well. Selected cleats and turfs but they do have some.”

“I have never been to this store before and they had really good prices on items such as hiking boots, headlamps, water bags (0.5L-2L). Those were the 3 items I purchased. I've already used 2 items and I'm pretty satisfied!
It was a little odd when all the workers (3-4) were in the middle of the store near the cashier's and I asked about hiking boots so someone pointed in me the direction of the women's books. Then no one came to assist me until I went back and asked (between 7-10 minutes). The store has one display shoe and so you have to have assistance to get the right size. Once I got assistance with 2 shoes that employee left and didn't come back. ? I didn't like the fit of the 2 shoes I tried but then tried in a display shoe and found it was my size and a great fit so that was nice. Eventually another employee came to help me out so I could get those boots.
Regardless of that I would recommend you come and check out the store; they have some nice clearance as well as a variety of items. I would go again. ?”

“Our first experience with WSS was excellent! My husband needed a wide size and the staff quickly offered to order them for us. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store has a wide selection of shoes and the prices are unbelievable! The New Balance that we purchased were only $39.99! Can you believe that?! We had just visited another store where the shoes ranged from $150- $200! We, of course, left that store and headed to WSS. We will return to WSS in the future.”

“Idk why all the bad reviews, if yall broke just say that ?all the items are authentic and there’s literally over hundreds of memorabilia ,jerseys , plaque's, literally any sports merchandise for at least 70% of all American sports teams even hockey! (I can’t find hockey jerseys anywhere else in EP!) most authentic jerseys nowadays cost anywhere from 100$-350$ so the deals here are honestly fair, take your money to dhgate if you want to get a cheaper option but for me sports explosion always delivers and has what I need and I don’t mind paying the price at all for quality, thank you sports explosion for being in my opinion the best sports store in El Paso ?”

The associates were attentive and helpful which was very different from the store that used to be at the Mesilla Valley mall. I dropped four bills and as my wife was happy, so was I.
