Pretty standard place, but they are dependable. When using the application or walking in, I usually only have four to seven people ahead of me during the weekends when it first opens. Marta is usually the person I rely on for haircuts, but if she is gone, the other workers do a great job, too. The only way to make it better would be to engage crew in conversation or insight on their work. I have had to request some more trim on the back part of my head, but outside of that, solid service.

Borderline unethical. I hate leaving negative reviews. First time I visited was actually a really great experience. Second time I visited, the service was okay and the salonist was friendly enough, but apparently they have a charge that they apply to your service if they go over 30 minutes on a cut. I had an MVP cut, and with everything considered defintely went over the 30 minute mark and you're charged extra once it goes over the time. I don't know what type of pacing they expect to be done with a cut and experience like that in less than 30 minutes but that's dishonest and isn't listed anywhere or communicated to you. Pity because it had promise but won't be going back due to this. If a response comes to this message, please do better than "please give us another chance!" Maybe adopt pricing policies that don't require constant forgiveness.Service: Haircut

I’ll give you a fair warning right now- I’ll be stopping in to give whoever is managing this place a piece of my mind. You need to fire Sylvia right now!!!! I’ll be demanding my money back and never returning. Get someone who can actually listen/cut hair! That’s what your business does!!!!

Took my son to get his haircut and during the haircut my husband told the girl that wasn’t what we wanted. You could tell she was upset shortly after the manager tells us we have to pay for 2 haircuts! Crazy!! And on top of that the girl cuts my son in several different areas

Took my 5 year old son to get his haircut at sports clip for his first time he had the privilege to get his hair done by Nessa. She did an amazing job she was very patient with us helpful and understanding❤️

Absurd scheduling system.... the app told me there was a 12 minute wait. I checked in online, drove to the location, checked in well before 12 minutes. Now I'm waiting 30 minutes before that person becomes free because their policies mandate first come first serve. What is the point of getting on the "waiting list" ?
