I came in to get a hair cut. It looked like they only cut men's hair. So i asked if they did female hair cuts and they said yes. Then i showed them a picture of what i wanted and they said they could do it. I got my hair washed and cut. The lady who cut my hair did not blow dry my hair for me to see what it would look like dry. She cut one side of my hair super short and the other side left at least a 2 inches longer. My hair did not end up like the photo. I went back to get it fixed and it was still uneven, so she fixed it for a 3rd time and my hair is now so botched and uneven, I have to go to another place to get it fixed. If you are a woman, don't go here they don't know how to cut females hair.

Rachel was so understanding and patient with our grandson. She explained everything before she did it and eased his fear of getting a hair cut. She’s amazing at helping little ones who are scared of haircuts

Marisol did not pay attention to the customers request and shaved his hair off without permission. The customer wanted a trim and she went down the middle of his head with a blade. When he asked her what he was doing she said she was going by the ticket and then realized she was not. He will never return there again!

I usually go to the fountains location and get a great cut everytime as the cut I always get is in there notes. Came to this location because it was nearby with no wait time. The cut itself was okay, still some parts that even after readressing were still not taken care of. I asked for a skin fade and was asked if I wanted to use a "super shaver" for an extra charge. I said sure, im thinking it will damn near be a razor for an extra charge. 8 dollars extra for a basic trimmer that does not achieve a skin cut. That much of an upcharge should be stated upfront and made known. Never have I been charged that at any other location. Thievery.

out of the experiences I’ve had these two stylist Kayla and Rachel had made my time worth stopping in. They made more then just stopping in for a haircut the conversation was livelily and the jokes were hilarious. thank you!!

If I can give no star or zero I would! They messed up my 4year old boy hair, they left it uneven and bald spot. We did not noticed it until we took him to shower and dry his hair!!!!!! I would not recommend it to no one anymore!Service: Kids' cuts

The stupid system that they have for online doesn't work it's never accurate. I always have to wait. They need to come up with a better system. They're just gonna tik people off like they did me.
