I went in early morning, and was greeted by a woman named Bernadette. I can’t pin point if she was not in the best of mood because it was early. Or her personality is very bland. There was no sense of positive customer service in her greeting as I walked in or even in her “thank you” at cash out. Other guests being attended by other female employees were friendly and respectful. I was in and out in less than ten minutes which was good I guess. But I definitely would want back my $24. Guess I will stick to going to the competitors. Better price and customer service.

Several times I've arrived at this location at the recommended time and patiently waited only to have my wait time double as another client was taken in ahead of me. The utility of their waitlist is useless and inconsiderate of anyone with time constraints. I will say the hair cuts are decent the majority of the time and the service is good.

I love this place but today was a bit saddened. I did an experiment today to see what would happen. I've been a loyal customer for years, I've let bad hair cuts and accidents go, I've tipped beyond generously even though I don't even like tipping because everybody was friendly. I go in and I let the stylist at the front know that all I had was a $20 bill and a $100 bill. There are two ways to handle a customer in this situation, either check the hundred and give change once authenticated or give a discount and accept the $20 bill as this is only $4 short of a normal hair cut. To be turned away like this is bad business, not like I was asking for a free haircut either. To be fair they do not have a sign up saying they don't accept hundred dollar bills. This has been a disspointing experiment and so I gave them 3 stars and will no longer tip. If they value $4 more than customer loyalty then I will value my $8 tips, no more tipping. And trust me they can do a discount, I know that for a fact. They have me listed as a loyal customer cmon' now. The company is respected that's why they keep my business. But the employees turning me away over a lousy $4, that was just ugly. And hey if that's their job then I can respect that. I didn't make a scene or anything, simply said "it's okay I understand" and left. But now I've just lost the drive to tip them anymore. Business is business, why should I pay more for just the minimum now, clearly I'm just a customer like everyone else. That said ur all just workers doing ur job, no need to tip you. You want more money ask ur employer for a raise. I pay them to pay you like everybody else. That's that.

Haircut was good I just hate every time I go they charge a different amount. This time on the fountains of Farrah store they said they charge $5 for shaver other store charges $3 and she charged me for the vip $28 haircut that I didn’t get plus the $5 shaver

Great service and most of the times, the wait isn't that bad. what people don't get is that sportsclips specialzes and are trained to work on men's hair, so when you see these comments about girls or women's hair being cut wrong, that is why. 7/10 simply because there is that off chance you will get someone new and because their prices greatly increased since ive been going for a couple years now.

Worst and terrible experience ever. They made you put your wait list name on their system and told you it’s an hour to wait. You went back an hour after, they told you they could not find your name and make you to re input your name and want you to wait for another hour a more because their mistake. Most ridiculous thing we have ever experienced. I called them again to tell them and all they could say it was ok and didn’t even want to make offer to fix the problem or taking care of their customers. Obviously they don’t customers.

Very nice staff. Horrible logistics. Why sport clips...why use this awkward scheduling system? Your app said I had 45 mins. 10 minutes later, I had 4 mins all of the sudden to make it across town. They ended up removing me from the schedule and I had to add my name again restarting the hierarchy. I had to wait 35 mins in the store to get my hair cut. Absurd.

Very great place. Im very picky about my haircut and beard trims and the lady was nothing but wonderful always checking to make sure it was correct and to my liking. Will definitely be returning!

I went to Fountains of Farah on January 6th to get my haircut done after 1hour 20 min and they told that I have to wait 1 hour more I asked why? Because I have to highlight that they were several customers that arrived after me and they did a walking check in too and they were assisted quickly I told them that and they said that they supposedly did it online but I saw it they were friends or family of the staff there because they were greeted as that so I felt discriminated so disappointed because I live by Mess and I usually go that branch but I was following a stylist that I liked how she did my jair boy this wasn't the first time I left with a sour feeling for the service on sportsclips so that's why I'm writing this so someone can do something about it have been a customer for years me and my sonService: Haircut
