Have had my adult female hair cut here before as well as 4yr old daughter hair cur but magically they only cut men's hair all of a sudden.

This July I got my haircut, unfortunately my regular stylist wasn't working, so I need it that evening. Last month I got my haircut and I am sure I got it 18 and 28 with the VIP. This time I didn't have the time for the VIP and my surprise that the haircut itself was 24.00.
Of course I didn't find out the haircut wasn't my best haircut ever until the next day. Totally disappointed for the service, and my hair needs to be fix.
I would love to have the prices advertised like they were before, there is not a sign of the prices like there were before.
I been a customer for many years, and have changed for a few months when things like this happen. Before getting those prices, they should let people know if there is a change.
24-25 for a male haircut done in 10 minutes, not to my satisfaction is bad business.
Requested style: Just a haircut nothing else

Love the service here, everyone is so friendly and helpful when answering any of my questions. Loved how my haircut came out, especially the hot towel and massage. 10 out of 10 definitely coming back here regularly.
Stylist: I got Yanet as my stylist, she was very friendly and welcoming. Not only was she very attentive to my questions and how I wanted to style my hair. But also very experienced in her craft.

I have been going to Yanet for many years and she has always done an excellent job. My experience at Sports Clips has always been amazing thanks to Yanet and all the staff. I highly recommend Sports Clips at the fountains.
Stylist: Yanet always goes above and beyond to give me an excellent haircut. Her work is definitely a 10 out of 10!

They were very nice. My son's hair was choppy. The stylist realized she the cut was not good and tried to style it to make it look okay. My son is 8, so he is not picky, and I'll figure out a way to hide the fact that the middle center of his hair is shorter than the sides. It was somewhat comical because when we got home, my husband mentioned it looked like my son had horns. ? Lol. Everyone has bad days, but either way, we won't be going back.

I went in early morning, and was greeted by a woman named Bernadette. I can’t pin point if she was not in the best of mood because it was early. Or her personality is very bland. There was no sense of positive customer service in her greeting as I walked in or even in her “thank you” at cash out. Other guests being attended by other female employees were friendly and respectful. I was in and out in less than ten minutes which was good I guess. But I definitely would want back my $24. Guess I will stick to going to the competitors. Better price and customer service.
